This app is so glitchy. I come from a time when clinical notes were written on paper or forms. Oh, I miss those days. I have spent more time working out problems with app then with my client. These electronic services do not make work easier! Only if everything works perfectly. What happens when you can’t connect or get locked out. Companies need to go back to paper! I've never had to contact customer support because my pen ran out of ink.Developer Response
