I paid for a delivery, it let me put all my info in and the pharmacy so on. It said 20 min and someone would get to me. Over an hour later I called the main number and was told by a Leslie that they don’t do business in Connecticut anymore and might be picking it up sometime in April. This was after I already waited for over an hour and could’ve had another service pick it up and deliver it. He said someone was going to call me eventually, but I find that doubtful considering it was well over an hour and a half since I placed the order. He was nice and said they would give me three free deliveries in the future, but that does nothing for me today. Not to mention I already paid for the service. If you don’t do business in a state you shouldn’t have your app up and running offering deliveries in said state. There was nothing on their app that said anything about not doing service here anymore. Buyer beware that you may be paying for things you’ll never get. I’m disappointed I had to reach out and call someone and ask for a refund. When I said my name he said “oh yeah, we were gonna call you”. If you already knew I couldn’t get a delivery why was I not notified or order cancelled via email, phone call, chat system they have, text or any of the other number of ways you can reach someone or refund an order. If they ever get up and running here I will review it again and will change my stars based on how they actually are. But first impressions are everything my friends, you need to fix what you did and are doing. It’s almost like you were actively trying to take money for services not rendered.

We apologize for not being able to serve you in Connecticut at this time. We currently only offer our full service in Las Vegas, NV as our volunteers in CT are currently doing deliveries only for seniors 65+ for FREE. Sorry we had to refund your payment because of this. We are currently recruiting more drivers in Connecticut to be able to serve people of all ages and will be launching our full service there soon. We will reach out to you once that happens. Sorry again for not being able to serve you at this time, but we look forward to bringing our excellent service to your area.
