This app could stand to be more user friendly. It makes no sense to me how many steps I have to take just to get to the proper spot to pay my credit card bill. The credit card and savings are the only services I receive from OKCU, so I can’t speak on anything beyond those parts of the app.Jen Cee

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it seems you have to update your password frequently and that usually must be done from a PC.osudelt

Good App
A couple of things are hard to find, but once you get used to it, it works well. I love the pay a friend and the mobile deposit. Lots of things at your fingertips with this app if you dig into it.00_jackie

The old app would require password if I checked my account before a deposit hit my account which became a hassle when verifying payments. Now this app does just what I need. The layout is still too big when it is fully loaded so you have to wait to click due to a message that drops every thing down the page about inch. So I accidentally click my savings account instead of my bank account. But the other functionalities are amazing you can do just what you need to and see all that you need to! Best APP ever!
I took out a car loan with Oklahoma’s Credit Union. They are not our primary credit union. What is so cool is you can sync your account with them and add in you account from your other financial institution which makes it very convenient to make payments and not have to jump from one credit union to the other. Whoever developed this and worked on it kept the consumer in mind for ease and navigation.Show lessAMember1993

I LOVE the new app! It is so much more user friendly. There are so many new features within the app. My favorite is the pay a friend feature. I no longer have to go through a third party app and can even set up external accounts within my digital banking now!harleys2020
Wow! What a change for the better!
I love the ease and simplicity of using the app and have already found excuses to spend more money based on the new features, such as paying a friend and swapping cards for recurring bills!
