I switched to OKCU from another credit union back in June. I was immediately surprised with how awesome their mobile banking experience was compared with the my previous CU. It includes many features that I didn’t even know you could do with your financial institution through mobile banking. My favorites are linking my other accounts like my credit card to the app so that all my accounts are centralized. As well as tools to calculate debt and where most your money goes. This mobile banking experience is a huge reason why I love OKCU so much. It allows me. Best credit union app
I was surprised a local credit union came out with features I would only expect to see at a mega bank. Supporting local is important to me and I’m glad I don’t have to give up any functionality to keep my money local.Okie from Goldsby
Lacking direct deposit set up
I’m not able to set up direct deposits to accounts at other banks through the app. I have to go through a bureaucratic nightmare to get it done. It was supposed to have happened today and it didn’t. We just received 2 UPS packages with more paperwork. So now I’ll have to waste more time going back to the bank to try and straighten this out. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous!
