Love OECU
I love using the Oklahoma Credit Union App. It is one of the most seamless Banking App I use, and with my personal and professional obligations I use, Weokie Credit Union, JP Morgan Chase, Employee Educations Credit Union, Varo, Experia, Bank of America and Capital One. Therfore I believe my assessment is valid. I love how easy the app is to navigate and how user friendly it is. I also appreciate the updates which do not require me to create a new password every time like WEOKIE and a few of the others.Show lessAccr Services
Slow functioning app.
The app always glitches out from the credit card balance to my current debit card balance. My debit card never works at the gas station pump. They gave me a new card and same issues again! When ever I call someone for help they says that the app is working perfectly fine on their end just takes a couple business days, it’s my money I have to see what I can spend or not without getting a fee. It’s ridiculous how they don’t have things updated on the app or how the new card doesn’t even work. The customer service is short and unhelpful.Show lesspaulinelaguna

I love having the app at my fingertips. I can check my balance, deposit a check, and pay a loan just by logging in. It’s so convenient.Jenn5757
Good app until recently
A lot of needed functionality and simple to use. It was definitely a five star app until whatever happened a couple months ago that has made it impossible to mobile deposit checks for the most part recently. A trip to the bank for something that we’ve been able to do via mobile for years is an unwelcome inconvenience.Show lessKmish217
LOVE THIS NEW APP

Convenient and Easy!
We use this app for most all our banking. Deposits are so easy to make! It saves us hours and gas by having the ability to make our cell phone our personal teller. Love the new app!Mbrewington

Glitchy
I enjoy the app, but am often frustrated by how often it doesn’t seem to work well. Lately I get accounts unavailable often. The facial recognition only works about half the time, requiring me to type in my password frequently.MzFrz
