Not bad, not great
I wish the bike would restore the previous ride settings every time I start the battery. Also, can we get landscape orientation for the dashboard in the iOS app? Adding all the settings to the app would also bump this to 5 stars.Its Tone!
So close to perfect
Very good but a major miss to me is how it can’t be used in landscape mode.
I really want the main home dashboard to flip if I turn my phone sideways. Dream state is a landscape view with mph/stats on one side and then maps on the other. Think Tesla model 3 UI. Do that and I’ll ride super73 bikes for eternity.cary2369
Can’t log into the app
When I got my Super73, I bought the app and I tried to login with my email and it said email already took and login. And so I did a random email and it still said email already took.ps best game
The company needs better leadership
I’ve been owning my bike for three years now the app was bad to begin with. It’s even worse now I really think the CEO of this company needs to be pulled down and needs to be taught valuable lessons about business because this company is a successful failure altogether.legaceybeats
Not bad but not good
Relatively basic app, you need it for the ability to “unlock” the bike and put it in mode 4.
The major miss is not allowing you to pair to multiple bikes at the same time. I own two bikes and when going on rides with friends I don’t have the ability to flip both bikes into mode 4.Crashes constantly
The app is simple and streamlined. It would be great… if it didn’t crash within a minute or two of trying to use it. The battery meter doesn’t update - it stays stuck on the percent it was at when the app connects and stays that way until you force quit and restart. The navigation crashes, the telemetry doesn’t work (due to crashing). This is poor, especially on iPhone, where the platform and OS is so stable and can be easily optimized. It’s been this way since I’ve had my bike - over two years now. Super73 is established enough now that I’d expect much better.Super Tanooki
Warning!
This firmware update forces your bike to default to mode 2 every time you turn it on/off. So now if you want mode 4 you have to open the app, pair, and reset it to 4 ever time you ride. Very disappointing that Super 73 doesn’t tell you this before you upgrade. And you can’t downgrade to the previous firmware.

Terrible Customer Service / Terrible App (waiting for Off road Mode)
Called in several times trying to activate the off road mode for my bike. First rep said we would be informed via email when the bike was registered - not true. It's been about a week since I've seen any progress. It's really dumb that we have to contact Super 73, wait for their tech support team to get off their a**, and type a few numbers into their system (correctly) just so I can have my bike go 7-10mph faster. Really sad that companies are utilizing this pay-to-play feature and basically have the reins on anything your bike can / cannot do.OhTayitOut
Unknown Error
The app is great, until it started having an unknown error while trying to connect to the bike . It’s very frustrating being that it’s the only way to unlock the best features of the bike.Mark561$
App not updated
Will not update firmware to my newly purchased RX. Was instructed to delete and reinstall but I keep running into the same issue. Yellow triangle indicates I have to update firmware but app shows error just a few seconds after installing
