Beware..
Super 73 is limiting the bike’s capabilities in the EU and could soon head to the US via the app. There is no transparency yet as to why. The capability of most of their bikes is 25mph+. It will be significantly less than that if they keep rolling out these updates and not telling their customers as to why. Buyers beware. These bikes are very fun. I own 2, but taking away the go fast part of them makes them less enjoyable. It’s sad that a good physical product depends so heavily on a phone app. Shame on you Super 73. Would’ve left one star but I do love my bikes. For as much as these bikes are the customer should have the freedom to fully explore the full capabilities of their purchase.Jermsticks

Confusing UI (user interface)
The user interface of this app is unrefined and rather confusing.
The last update was also 6 months ago, so it appears even Super73 aren’t heavily invested or committed to their app.BladeRunner9
App Crashes Constantly
The app has a serious problem with crashing. When I am riding, it crashes I’d say maybe every 4-5 minutes. The battery of the bike also does not update its status unless the app crashes itself, and you manually have to reopen it. The idea and foundation for a phenomenal app is here… it just really needs to be tightened up. For the price Super73 sells their bikes at, this app’s performance is kinda’ unacceptable. App needs update
I have not change the mode of my bike because ever since iOS 16 the Super73 app does not connect to my Z Miami. please update the app to support the current system. That im sure a lot of users use.AdMmm
Constantly closes
On a 15 minute ride, app will shut itself down three times. GREAT while it’s working, but not reliable. Maybe a fix is in order?Musashi Miyamoto

I love my Super73
This is one of the best investments I have ever made. I live need the beach and traffic during the summer is HORRIBLE. This bike has made it easy (and fun) to get to my destination! Never had any problems with the app. :)the rob next door
