Hi! Thank you for your honest review of our app. We're happy to hear that you get to use your survey points in your chosen loyalty program. As for problem you mentioned, we do our best to send you surveys that you’re likely to complete. However, members may not always be able to complete a survey if they don’t ‘qualify’ for it. That just means they’re not part of the target group that the particular survey is looking to research. Unfortunately, we cannot determine beforehand if you will qualify for a survey, which is why we have to ask a number of qualifying questions to see if a survey is relevant for you. If you confidently completed a survey but was given an incorrect amount of points, please email us at support_en@e-rewards.com for the necessary correction. Thank you!

Can only access via Web and the same applies to Reward redemption.
Is there ever any remedial work done on App?
Seems to me this so called new E Rewards has actually made things worse.
