  • Waste of Time

    I can’t set my password for a new account to access the digital credit issued to me. I’ve closed the app multiple times. I’ve deleted the app and re installed. I’ve used Apple passwords and entered passwords manually. This is a complete waste of time…but it’s the only way to access this credit card.

  • Can’t get past account creation

    At the password creation screen it won’t let me save. I’m basically unable to create an account. Terrible experience.

  • Doesn't Work!

    I had no issues logging in, but i'm unable to add the card to my apple wallet.
  • Completely unusable

    I can’t even set a password and start using the app. I’ve tried setting a password multiple times following instructions and the submit button is still greyed out. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t work.
  • Glitchy app. Support phone number???

    The app is very glitchy for me. First I set my password, then it told me the one I entered was wrong (it couldn’t be as I copy & pasted it). I then did the password reset & the app locked on that screen and wouldn’t do any reset. Force close & reopen - same issue. Delete app and reinstall - I was able to reset the password and get in. Then I tried to add the card to my
    Apple pay, error. Tried manually without the app, error. Deleted the app and reinstalled, now the card will add to my ApplePay.

    The app has no support number in it. I called US Bank who was very nice, but unable to help.

  • Doesn’t recognize password

    You make an account and then it says it doesn’t recognize username or password. Your boss or wife keeps breathing down your neck, wondering why you haven’t received the payment yet.
  • Worst app ever

    Big companies PLEASE do not use. It has been so inconvenient for every employee. I got a new phone and they cannot transfer over any of my money my company gave me. They are saying the amount they gave me is incorrect. I have data proving that it’s the correct amount they have given me. I lost thousands of dollars. Not to mention the time I put into this. This is the worst app ever. Don’t bother using this.

  • Bad Interface

    The interface on this app is poor and not user friendly. The login always gives you problems and makes the process very frustrating. When I called customer service they were of little help and was a complete waste of my time.
