  • Password issues from the start

    There is something wrong with how the App and the back-end validate authentication - from the first attempt to use it, it just doesn't work. Extremely frustrating.
  • App is frustrating

    I find that if I reset my password, for instance if I’m issued a new instantcard for an event or trip, it doesn’t always recognize the new password if I try to log in after resetting it. It’s very frustrating.

    This thing is dumb lol I change my password and it won’t let me use the new one and says incorrect credentials

    you CANNOT GET THE OTP SENT TO YOU. you’ll type your email in and sit there in groundhog day. PLEASE FIX IT.
  • Can’t receive OTP code

    I just been trying to sign up for this instant card that I received in my employee email. However, I cannot get the OTP code. I haven’t received it in my email. Please fix this bug. So that I can do this. And activate this virtual card.

    I never received the OTP in my email. There is no number to contact for assistance. This is frustrating!

    This app is bad man It don’t even function. I’ve been trying to get a OTP sent to my email for verification for the last 2hours, I’ve even tried to make a new email it’s still not functioning. Please fix your app.
