  • Crash

I was texting out the trial n liked it so far but it keeps crashing and freezing now.
I might just delete the whole app now

Hey there! I'm very sorry you had this experience. Please give the latest update a try and don't hesitate to reach out directly for support from within the app. I make it my highest priority to solve these issues for people.
  • Good potential

I’ve long wanted an app that does this and have tried many that failed for me. This is the first I’ve actually subscribed to, hoping the developer will get enough income to keep working on it.

    Wish list:
    - Would love it it could automatically update “last contact” date by checking my message and call history. iOS probably prevents this for privacy reasons, but if there were a way to do it (without sending my data off device) that’d be awesome. Without that, I have to manually go into the app each time I interact with someone which is not realistic, especially as I track more relationships.
    - Would love an updated UI. The current one is okay, but doesn’t feel as polished as other apps like Things, Apple apps, etc.

All in all, though, this is the best relationship tracking app I’ve found so far.

  • Problems with connecting FB messenger

I love the app so far for helping track relationship upkeep, however the linking for FB messenger doesn’t seem to be working and updating the contacts. You have to enter the messenger username for each friend which can be a pain to find easily. A couple times after entering the username, through both the app and through direct contact editing, the “messenger username” field reverts to “iMessage.” On another note, the app doesn’t seem to be pulling birthdays from contact info and stays on the date you added the contact. If these issues addressed, the app would be 5 stars for me.

Hey there! Thanks for taking to the time to leave a review and send your feedback my way. I've just pushed out an update to fix this. In the future, I would love it if you could reach out to me via “Get support” in the app Settings or email at “support@getlinc.app”. Let’s address any issues you’re experiencing together.
  • Great app but needs further work.

I like the app and believe it is capable of bringing tremendous value to those who want to manage relationships in a systematic way.

It does require some work though when it comes to functionality. Several suggestions which stand out right away:

    1) Ability to work with relationships in bulk (removing, regrouping, setting reminders, etc.). Some basic features such as “select all” are missing.

    2) Ability to rename preset group names (family, friend, etc.)

    3) Ability to add more groups

    4) Ability to add “tags” to contacts

    5) Search function by key word within the app

    6) Ability to add locations for contacts and display them on a map (i.e. showing nearby contacts, etc.)

    7) Further debugging needed:

    - icon badges don’t always display correctly

    - long press shortcut to record interaction sends the user to notes first, which it should not (there’s a separate shortcut already made for it)

Overall, good work by the developer. Please add functionality.

  • Great idea, executed well

Title says it all, try it
  • Great relationship building

This is a great solution to stay on top of keeping your relationships strong with contacts. This app gets totally right what so many others get wrong. Contacts remain stored and maintained in your regular phone contacts spot - and the app allows you to add interaction notes and reminders to these contacts (accessed through app) - rather than trying to sync your contacts to some new proprietary service. With other apps I’ve had countless sync fails and data lost. It’s easy to use and customise the reminder frequency, birthdays are available and contact notes are easy to add. I like the notion of a relationship “health” meter for contacts. Honestly, I’m finding it hard to find the right words to say how happy I am with this. The dev clearly understands this problem space and has built something genuinely helpful. I hope the roadmap ahead stays true to the core function it serves now and doesn’t get lost in trying to be a full featured personal crm where every other app seems to lose their way or make things harder than they need to be. Congrats on awesome app.

  • Great App

Whether you’re too busy to mentally keep track of interactions with family members and friends or getting older and more forgetful (like me), this app makes staying in touch easy and gives you peace of mind in knowing you’re not neglecting important relationships. Definitely worth purchasing!
  • Great app!

Most useful app of mine, especially this year! Price is definitely worth the lifetime unlock!
  • Nice App!

It has everything you need to keep track of important relationships and is easy to understand and use.
  • Helps me maintain Relationships

As an introvert, I’m not always the best at staying in contact with those that mean a lot to me. I’m happy to go through life only bumping into people at work, church, or other social activities. With the recent pandemic though, I’m not doing these things and noticed I’ve been losing touch with people I care about. This app gives me the prompts and the reminder that I have people who love me and I should check in with and keep contact going!

Thanks for helping me not let my social connections die!
