The fireplace does not stay connected. The app does not change the actual settings when connected. Bought the fireplace because of the Bluetooth feature. Wish I would have purchased something else.Andyflag31

My App worked at first then suddenly didn’t. I have deleted and readied and it still doesn’t work. I was sitting here watching tv and all of the sudden the heater comes on. No fire just heat. My phone wasn’t working with the app, wasn’t even touching it and the remote was across the room in a drawer. Just hope it doesn’t catch fire when we aren’t home because it’s possessed.Show lessomgstupidthingdontwork

We have gotten the app to work on our cell phones twice out of the 5 days we have owned the fireplace. Yesterday it finally worked and we could turn the fireplace on and off and do whatever we wanted. We were excited and now it’s back to not working again. Very inconsistent.msboza
