Much better now that it’s updated
This app used to be the worse when it comes to Smart Control over your air conditioning.
The old versions had multiple issues like error messages, timer delays or drop outs, connection issues, sometimes you didn’t know if your unit was turned on or off while away from the house because it simply couldn’t connect and tell you anything.
This has since been fixed - the app runs 100 times better, no connection issues or dropouts, and when I set a timer, I know it’s going to shut off at that designated time.
I am very happy that the developers managed to fix the bugs and make this app one of the best smart home controllers out there.
On top of this, it works much better with Google home! So if i ask Google to turn the ac on, i know it will.

Great app, please add Siri shortcut features
I would love to see in the next update, integration with Siri (to turn aircon on or off, adjust zones and temperatures, etc.), ability to add shortcut features or Apple Home integration. Doing this will greatly improve accessibility for users with less mobility and will better connect the device to our smart home.

Great with some things…
One truly frustrating part is that our system will never ever ever recognise that we’ve turned a Zone off from the app.
We turn it off on the app, the app seems to agree, the console doesn’t. Go back in to check the app and it’s reverted to the zone being turned on.
Doesn’t work at all
What’s the point of paying extra money to buy wifi compatible wall controller when the mobile app doesn’t work. Can I please get the refund for the wall controller that never works.
