System Offline
Have been using the neo connect app for almost a year now. I’m so frustrated that this app does not work. Almost always shows as offline even when on the same wifi network. Force closing the app 10 times will eventually get it to connect.

Hi Jaco8, Thanks for your feedback. We have fixed quite a few issues in the latest version of the mobile app including the connectivity problem. Kindly update the app and check.
Your system is offline
So sick of this app, it must be the worst app on my iPhone, and just doesn’t improve, constantly says off-line, you never know if it works or not, if you’re in another part of the house. I’ve now deleted it and using google home instead.

Works after changing router setting
As with others I paid top dollar for my Actron system with this NEO control to be their premium product. I had nothing but issues in the start with disconnections and having to restart my control each day to stay connected.
After speaking with technical support I found that some of my router settings needed to be changed to ensure it stayed connected. The settings I had to change were Band Steering off and PMF off and since then i haven’t had a single disconnection and it works great.
I suggest to other to check these settings too as it made a world of different to the apps reliability.

no local network access - cloud outages all the time
The app and the wall controller both depends on ActronAir’s cloud service to communicate with each other, and the cloud service is very unreliable and goes off frequently, making it impossible for the app to communicate with the controller. All because ActronAir decided it was a great idea not to use the local network for the app to talk to the controller when both are connected to the same wifi network and instead force both to use an unreliable cloud service that goes out all the time.
