Every high school coach needs this
I’ve been following and using Kelly’s work since his YouTube days and bringing his ideas to my team has never been easier. I use this weekly with my athletes in both large and small group settings. It’s so easy to search by problem area or time or equipment. And my athletes can also find mobs that fit their needs if they have free time. Both the content available and the ease of use are outstanding. This is like having Kelly and his crew on staff and available at any time of day. A worthy investment for every team and athlete.

Huge needed upgrade
This new app is far beyond the original app its much better. Some of the content on the other app didn’t make it over but there’s still plenty. I really wish there was a device limit instead of not being able to be logged in on my up iPhone and my iPad.
Incredible Upgrade to App Usability and Functionality
I’ve been using The Ready State’s Virtual Mobility Coach for almost a year now and the new and improved app is amazing. The previous app made it hard to use for mobilizations from my phone. It was easier to log in to the online Virtual Mobility Coach and following the programming there than to use the app for the same purpose. Now thanks to the update to the Virtual Mobility Coach app choosing between maintenance, pain, and warm-up/cool down mobilizations has made the app significantly more user friendly and actually usable. I no longer need to go through the pain of logging into the website just to get to the same information that is now on my phone. Plus the integration to the newer mobilization videos as they get put up in the app gives me options for fresh and new ways to work on becoming more supple. This is a welcome improvement upon the older app, thanks The Ready State team for all you’ve done to make this upgrade happen. It has definitely been worth the effort from my perspective.

So much better than previous app! Only request is a dark mode, other than that this is such a great app, much faster and easier to use. Really like how they have a suggested maintenance of the day
Day and Night
This is an upgrade that was needed from the last app. Honestly made the app way more user friendly and helps me more with pinning my issues and targeting areas that I need to work on. Thank you for the awesome work that was done to make this happen!

I love the app. K Starrett is the best at what he does and this new version of the app is awesome- much better than the original.
