  • Constant Server Problems

    I have gotten a hold of support several times about server issues. I have sent them screenshots of what it says problems connecting to server. Make sure you have the latest updated version of this app. I have the latest version. I told them I have the latest version that I have an installed, it reinstalled it that I have emptied the cache. I do not have a memory problem. I have plenty of room on my phone. I still have almost 100 GB of room on my phone. I cannot connect to the server. It’s been going on for a week and a half and all they keep saying to me, tell us what the problem is tell us what the problem is and then telling me to do all this stuff that I’ve already done several times and then if it’s working, what is up with the Server. What more do they want? The problem is I cannot hook up to the server. That’s the problem. I know how to take care of things and to do things when there’s a problem and I’ve done all those things and it’s still not connecting to the server. I’m getting so tired of this, I’m ready to throw on this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I absolutely love it but just too many problems. I’m gonna get kicked off of my club and everything because of this I probably already have been.

  • Do yourself a favor and download a different bingo game

    This game was incredible until the update in June that completely transformed the experience and gameplay. If you’ve played other bingo apps (see Bingo Wild, Bingo Blitz) then you’re already familiar with the changes they rolled out. Instead of rolling a fixed set of powerups for each game (and rerolling with diamonds) you now have a powerup bank that randomly spews mostly crappy powerups that you amass doing non-Bingo ‘activities’. You will be very frustrated for the short time you’re able to play before running out of chips, and you will be bored.

    If the developers are unwilling to undo the update, and everything signals that’s the case (look at the copy/paste boilerplate developer responses), do yourself a favor and download either Bingo Wild or Bingo Blitz. I used to recommend this game over those, but this game is now just an inferior copy of those that also has crazy glitches those don’t have. It’s incredibly sad that the developers don’t care at all about their loyal players. I used to be more than happy to drop money on this game, not because you had to, but because it was that much fun. Since you have to pay to play this one now you might as well download one of the other apps, which at least don’t crash and are a better investment considering the developers for this one are willing to steamroll their longtime players and break their own game for a cash grab.

  • APP WONT OPEN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT HELP.

    I like MyVegas; however their CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE! I can’t open my app for the past few months since last year and no one wants to help. I tried contacting myvegas customer service for the past few months since this occurred early last year, and they say they can’t help or they try to pass me along to someone else and that department doesn’t help me either. Now, the my Konomi app will not open as well. I contacted the myVEGAS Bingo and my Konomi support and got the same response. Either they can’t help me or they pass me along to someone else that does not help me.

    Please contact me to fix this problem and I will be happy to adjust the rating when I can finally open up the two different MyVegas games apps that won’t open. I’m sorry for the rating but it’s been very frustrating and no one in customer service wants to help. I feel I have been extremely fair as I rarely complained or put up a bad rating last year when it happened. Further, I contacted y’all several times and no one wants to help. Put yourself in my shoes and I think you would feel the same. Again I’m sorry but I feel that I have been fair.

  • So fun to play… twice a month.

    I agree with a lot of the other reviewers on here that the payouts are a complete joke. It is nearly impossible (or at least very rare) that you will EVER make your bet back when playing.

    The hourly and daily bonuses are low enough that I feel like I can only play for any enjoyable length of time if I scrimp and save for weeks.

    Even when I feel like I’m playing out of my mind, I still lose. I just got five bingos on four cards and still fell short of my 700,000 bet.

    Either the card prices, winnings or hourly/daily bonuses need to be shifted.

    It’s really a shame, because this game is very addicting. The music is great in each room, the different bingo games and power ups are very inventive, and I always want to play just one more… as my stockpile of chips dwindles away.

    It is so insulting to play 240,000 in chips and MAYBE get 12K back. Any other PlayStudios game is far more generous.

    And lastly, the Event Booster and Berry Booster should be activated at-will not when randomly received in a daily bonus. I don’t always have time to play for 10 minutes, I just want to log in and collect my hourly chips.
    It is very frustrating to lose maybe 1 1/2 to 2 minutes of a timed bonus to closing all the advertised sales I see every single time I start the app. Great! The first power up draw is free now! Shut up already, I’ve been playing for months. I know!

  • Another PlayStudios app to get rewards points

    The rewards points you earn on this PlayStudios branded app is where it’s at. You rack up reward points that you can redeem later for real-life rewards like hotels and cruises. I was never a huge fan of bingo cards with Play Studios but the reward points for these real life rewards were still accumulating. If anything, I’ll have it downloaded and I’ll load the game for 15 minutes just to get the reward points into the same account.

    Of all 6 games from PlayStudios, this is definitely my least favorite. Much bigger fan and user of Pop! Slots and MGM Live where it’s far more user friendly and more interactive for me. This app is user friendly but I find there’s too much going on the screen that confuses me or overwhelms me.

    Otherwise no complaints. Not sure what half the complaints are from over half of the other users. Never experienced any problems with things loading or freezing.

  • Disappointed

    I very much so love POP SLOTS so when I decided to go ahead and click on myVEGAS Bingo after coming up 100 times I thought it was going to be a good game it’s thrilling I like bingo and overall it’s a familiar platform to POP! Slots. However, you go to play and all of a sudden after using all your gold power ups are all your chips leaving you not enough to play the next round because you maxed your bed as it tells you to do it completely closes out and you lose everything this is the fifth time since downloading this game it’s taken all my chips are on my power ups and not giving them back. I’m over it. I’m ready to uninstall the game. It doesn’t make sense or it says oops. There was a problem. All your chips and power will be restored. You log back in nothings there. What a shocker seems like it’s just one of you to spend money, but not give you anything back in return shameful. I would very much like all my chips back and all my power up back.

  • Too many glitches!!

    When it works it’s a fun game. Too often there are glitches and it outright steals your chips in the middle of games as your playing and not only do you lose your initial chips, but the ones you would have earned during the game you were playing. The games bingos don’t pay enough either as it takes a minimum of 5-7 bingos just to break even if you play 4 cards. That accompanied with having to spend approximately 800 diamonds on good cards just to get a halfway decent 6 cards. In closing we as players are getting screwed in every way in both chips and diamonds and they just keep getting greedier as it’ll force you to buy things to keep playing in one capacity or another!

    The developer response is terrible! Instead of admitting their issues it only responds by saying to make sure you have the newest update and so forth. Instead of giving back some of the many chips that have been stolen from the account and attempting to resolve something. It seems like it’s run by some very challenged professionals that have no regard for any of the patrons and only care about the greed of the app!

    My entire review was obviously a complete waste of time as was their ridiculous response!!

  • Game is great when it works

    I love playing Bingo but I agree with the other reviewers there are some major isuues. The first one if the app crashes before a game or in the middle of the game, there is no way to get my chips or gems back. Unlike other myvegas apps such as pop slots and MGM, where if my game fails or I get kicked out in the middle of it, they will still reward me with my chips earned in some way. This really pisses me off especially when I’m down to my last chips. The second issue is the price keeps on rising if you want to purchase chips. I didn’t mind purchasing extra chips when the prices were low but I think the prices to purchase chips or gems have risen at an exponential rate. The longer you play the game and the more stars you collect, the price to play bingo gets more expensive. I think you should keep the prices low and give customers an option if they want to play the high roller tables. Just like in real gambling there are people who just want to play in the penny slots. If you kept the prices low, I would continue to purchasing chips and enjoying the game.

  • Glitch???

    I’m starting to feel like this is shady and I’m being scammed out of my money daily. I’m getting kicked out constantly. Every time I lose out on my chips and diamonds and with all these glitches not once have I ever came out ahead, so odds would say that once in a while we end up with something more but never the case. The house always wins I guess. The worst part is in the store. I can’t buy any of the chip packages that are the best deals the lowest prices I can’t buy the power play PAC. I can’t buy the diamonds and Auto hints specials. I can’t buy any of the best deal packages that come out occasionally. I can buy a few of those, but not once have I ever been able to buy the PowerPlay pack. And just freezes. So I have to many times more than anyone else because I am losing at the same pace yet I don’t get the extra prizes to compensate for those losses and it’s been going on for over a year. I bought two new phones being told that was the issue and here I am still not able to purchase any of those things that he can only buy items in the chip store that cost the most, and there’s no fix it for me so it’s getting to be with all the other problems and especially this one, but if I keep playing, I will have to spend every penny I have just for a little bit of and I’ve already spent beyond what I think is even fair I could’ve lost a gambling at the casino and walked away with actual cash so I’m feeling pretty stupid about now

  • Fun, but needs a new POV

    The game is a lot of fun when it’s not being glitchy. And unless you fully intend to spend money, I would just pass altogether. They pin you to a stand still where you can’t play unless you pay, and there’s zero incentive. Sure you can earn real prizes to be used in Vegas, but the length of time you need to spend, amount of money, and general sheer luck just doesn’t balance itself out.
    The game can be glitchy, not letting you join any games whatsoever due to a network issue. I spent a little to keep playing, but the diamonds I bought were burnt up in one of these glitchy moments. I did request some help on the matter but after four days of no response, I figured screw it. I’m not getting back what I paid for, and they already have my money so clearly they aren’t going to care.
    I’ve uninstalled because it makes me WANT to spend money. Lol but there are thousands of other games well worth sinking time and potentially money in to. Games with developers that care.

    TL:DR Go find a different Bingo app, this one will inevitably force you to spend a lot of money and is glitchy and not stable a lot of the time.
