Constant Server Problems

I have gotten a hold of support several times about server issues. I have sent them screenshots of what it says problems connecting to server. Make sure you have the latest updated version of this app. I have the latest version. I told them I have the latest version that I have an installed, it reinstalled it that I have emptied the cache. I do not have a memory problem. I have plenty of room on my phone. I still have almost 100 GB of room on my phone. I cannot connect to the server. It’s been going on for a week and a half and all they keep saying to me, tell us what the problem is tell us what the problem is and then telling me to do all this stuff that I’ve already done several times and then if it’s working, what is up with the Server. What more do they want? The problem is I cannot hook up to the server. That’s the problem. I know how to take care of things and to do things when there’s a problem and I’ve done all those things and it’s still not connecting to the server. I’m getting so tired of this, I’m ready to throw on this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I absolutely love it but just too many problems. I’m gonna get kicked off of my club and everything because of this I probably already have been.

AI wins every match

Unplayable with big bets and never win except AI. Coding is terrible on this game and for that I’m out.

Terrible treatment

I have been with them from nearly the beginning, built the casinos, got most rated to the top . They change the game and I am supposed to start over and be glad. Guess how I feel. Can’t trust their behaviour. I used to buy stoped when they kept changing the rules. I will keep coming back hoping they will get it together.

In addition the new update changed everything, you have to start over almost. The bingo cards are so small they are hard to see, the numbers have a delay showing up and the accent showing the numbers called are to small. All considered one of the worse updated I have ever seen of any app.

New and “improved?” Yeah, right

The recent changes have made the game harder to play for less reward. Seriously thinking of deleting it.

Do yourself a favor and download a different bingo game

This game was incredible until the update in June that completely transformed the experience and gameplay. If you’ve played other bingo apps (see Bingo Wild, Bingo Blitz) then you’re already familiar with the changes they rolled out. Instead of rolling a fixed set of powerups for each game (and rerolling with diamonds) you now have a powerup bank that randomly spews mostly crappy powerups that you amass doing non-Bingo ‘activities’. You will be very frustrated for the short time you’re able to play before running out of chips, and you will be bored.

If the developers are unwilling to undo the update, and everything signals that’s the case (look at the copy/paste boilerplate developer responses), do yourself a favor and download either Bingo Wild or Bingo Blitz. I used to recommend this game over those, but this game is now just an inferior copy of those that also has crazy glitches those don’t have. It’s incredibly sad that the developers don’t care at all about their loyal players. I used to be more than happy to drop money on this game, not because you had to, but because it was that much fun. Since you have to pay to play this one now you might as well download one of the other apps, which at least don’t crash and are a better investment considering the developers for this one are willing to steamroll their longtime players and break their own game for a cash grab.

Horrid new update

The new update leaves the player with no chance of winning ANY coins. There’s no fun for players now to choose how much to bet or how many power ups to play per game. I’ve been a faithful player for over 5 years but now IM OUT! You’ve RUINED THE BEST BINGO GAME ONLINE! Bye Felicia!

APP WONT OPEN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT HELP.

I like MyVegas; however their CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE! I can’t open my app for the past few months since last year and no one wants to help. I tried contacting myvegas customer service for the past few months since this occurred early last year, and they say they can’t help or they try to pass me along to someone else and that department doesn’t help me either. Now, the my Konomi app will not open as well. I contacted the myVEGAS Bingo and my Konomi support and got the same response. Either they can’t help me or they pass me along to someone else that does not help me.

Please contact me to fix this problem and I will be happy to adjust the rating when I can finally open up the two different MyVegas games apps that won’t open. I’m sorry for the rating but it’s been very frustrating and no one in customer service wants to help. I feel I have been extremely fair as I rarely complained or put up a bad rating last year when it happened. Further, I contacted y’all several times and no one wants to help. Put yourself in my shoes and I think you would feel the same. Again I’m sorry but I feel that I have been fair.

Nouvelle version horrible

Décevant cette nouvelle version, Le hint est très lent, on a le temps de trouver les numéro avant que ça flash et j’ai la dernière version de iOS et même un nouveau iPad On ne voit pas la progression ou bien vous l’avez caché et les hint ne sont pas très visibles. Je n’aime vraiment pas la nouvelle version, j’ai des 2 heures de hint en attente et je vais probablement les perdre parce que mon intérêt n’y est pas.

The new update sucks

The new update is TERRIBLE - I don’t even want to play anymore.
The hints are so slow they’re useless, because you can find them before they show up. And not getting to choose your power ups isn’t helpful, nor is the fact that you can’t see what’s coming.

Older version better

Can’t seem to get anywhere without a lot of chips
Cards are smaller can’t play 4 cards for 280,000 anymore
