    I play both the LasVegas Slots and Bingo. I play for fun. Over many years I’ve accumulated over $1B on the slots. But the philosophy on the Bingo side is completely different. You can’t win, at least not enough to make it fun. There are many aspects which are designed to make it harder to succeed as a player - but increases the amount of money that they system wants the customer to spend. The clock that resets after clicking on a powerup runs very slowly making the customer slow down daubing. But then at the end of a game, the screen stops accepting daubs even as new numbers are shown because the system has closed the game. That powerup clock runs faster in the special Bingo sessions. I think the powerup selections hasve gotten worse, so that the customer will spend more diamonds to get a different set of powerup cards. The cookies and other graphics printed on the Binger cards make it harder to read the numbers, slowing some players down. Even though the graphics are nice, the game is just too hard to win.

  • Worst of the MyVEGAS Lineup

    Do NOT spend money on this game. Out of all the MyVEGAS games, this is the one I’d recommend the least (and I thought MyKONAMI was bad). MyVegas bingo is programmed exactly most modern slots: you have ONE to THREE excellent rounds of major wins and then suddenly… you end up in the red. Then you lose again, and again, and again as you slowly descent to the bottom. I’ve played this game for months and I’ve never hit a jackpot. The patterns of losing are so consistent, there’s no fun playing. Absolutely zero thrill! Out of curiosity, I bought a chip package to see the odds of winning are higher and it was exactly the same- complete loss. Even if you are conservative with your bets YOU. WILL. LOSE. Game connectivity is abysmal. I live in a major city, fast Wi-Fi, and on a 5G network. Yet I’ll be kicked out of games, lose gems, and most of all patience. Nowadays, I just open the app to collect the loyalty points. And to those developer replies: lol wow what a way to gaslight players.

  • Great game with a few glitches

    I am addicted to this game. It is so much fun to play, but I find it hard to earn enough free points to continue playing. It is clearly programmed to force someone to buy more chips if they want to play more than a few bingo games a day.
    I also wish the daily bonuses were the myVEGAS slots where you get your daily bonus at the start of each day, rather than it coming 24 hours after the last time you got it. For example, if you play one night for the first time that day, and the next day go to bed earlier, then you will miss out on the daily bonus, because it will not come through until 24 hours after the last time you play it. If it is a true daily bonus, it should be available daily at the same time!

  • I’m extremely disappointed

    First of all the game is very fun which is why I’m so disappointed. I made a simple purchase but didn’t receive all of the items that I was supposed to. I contacted support and eventually after going back and forth and demanding they make things right they responded that the development team sent me a prize to my inbox. The inbox message showed 2 24hr boosters. When I opened each message the booster was only 1 hr. I contacted support again with screenshots. They simply closed my conversation without response. After messaging a third time support finally responded that my concern had already been addressed on a specific ticket #. Guess what there is nowhere in any of their other messages that lists a ticket #. So I messaged support again asking for clarification and help on where I can find ticket #’s. Naturally they closed that message without responding. I sent one final message a week ago listing my concerns and problems that were not addressed. I explained that I expected things to be made right within one week or I would delete the game. Support didn’t close the conversation this time instead they did not acknowledge it all. Abhorrent customer service. Such a disappointment because the game is very fun.

  • I Enjoy This Game When My Number Is Called

    I do enjoy playing this game, I love the creativity that goes into this app, and an added bonus is you gain MGM rewards. However it can also be very boring and when playing a game it’s supposed to be fun, that’s kind of the point. There are too many times where I will get only 1 number called maybe two. Outside of that I’m just sitting there listening and watching numbers be called! It actually makes me very frustrated that I saved up the coins to lose them all in one game because I’m not getting any numbers. I’m not sure if this had to do with me not paying or not. No other apps/games do that so that wouldn’t make sense. Please don’t get it twisted I’m not asking to make it so I win, not at all. But just so it’s not so dang boring so often to maybe allow more numbers to be called. Im not sure why this seems to be the only one I’ve come across that is this way. It’s unfortunate because I would be playing it more often if this wasn’t an issue for me.

  • Consistent problems!

    I love the game when it’s working properly! But here in the past couple of months, I’m having the issues over and over! My main issue is the game shutting down at any given time. As annoying as it is, I can deal with it shutting down as long as I’m not in the middle of a game or especially when I’m in the count down getting ready to start a game. Every time it shuts down at these times, I lose my chips!! I should never have to lose my chips when I haven’t even started playing my cards or when I’m in the middle!! This also happens when I’m down on last bit of chips! So to keep playing I either have to purchase and or wait hours to collect enough from my 2hr bonus chips! This is ridiculous! I will also agree with other players in the buy ins have gotten ridiculous with the little amount of chip bonuses and the amount of gems it takes to get gold cards. And the gold cards are not producing the extra help like they once were! You might get a good selection once out of 5 or 6 times. And depending on which casino your at, your looking at possibly close to 2000 gems! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Plus every time you all do an update saying you’ve fixed the problems, I don’t see ANY difference! I can deal with a lot of issues, but I can’t deal with constantly losing chips on games I haven’t even played yet or when I haven’t even finished the game! Some how some way, give me my chips back and my review will read a lot better next time!

  • That is a MINUS 5 STARS

    I absolutely loved this game when I started playing. Now, every single time I play, I lose money and diamonds. I have contacted customer support so many times with absolutely NO RESPONSE OR REIMBUSEMENT. I AM DONE. All of the reviews are the same problems (over a year) with nothing changed except game is getting worse. My suggestion is we all need to stick together and DELETE this game. If no one is playing, they might actually FIX something. I don’t know about everyone else but I definitely do not need the aggravation. These games are supposed to be some fun to get away from every day stresses in life. I’m not going to add anymore but deleting this rip off of a game. Please join me in deleting. Power comes from support in numbers. Kind of like a protest. Customer service has never responded back to me or reimbursed anything that I have lost due to the games issues. In my opinion, it is set up that way to make us pay real money. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me!

  • Be aware

    This game was fun at first but then you realize it’s almost impossible to gain diamonds and chips without paying for them. And you can’t play the game without diamonds and chips. on top of this, if you are on a winning streak and finally gaining chips, the game will glitch out at the end of your winning hand and tell you there was a minor error in the game and that once you log out and log back in you will get your awards. After you do this, you will lose every game you play . So basically all of the chips and diamonds that you put into your winning streak just get lost again because they cut you off and set you on a losing streak. This game no longer seems fair and it’s a waste of time. If the creators wanna fix this issue and get a hold of me, I will switch my writing but as of right now I’m pretty disappointed.

  • I use to love this game…

    So a few months ago I downloaded this game, I love bingo games and thought it looked really fun…. Not gonna lie, it’s actually extremely fun and super easy to become obsessed with it! BUT!! As time goes on and the more you play it, you start realizing that you aren’t getting any more bingos, except on very rare occasions, you spend 100 diamonds on six power up cards that you’d be lucky to get through during the game, if you’re service drops, even a smidge, you will get disconnected. Here’s the kicker, you’ll still be playing but! If you bingo it won’t count, then as soon as you get “reconnected” the game ends, you don’t get credit for the 4 bingos you had gotten, so you wasted all those chips, you wasted the diamonds on power ups you didn’t get to use cause of the “disconnection” and when you message support about it the only they say back is, “ Sorry that happened but you are playing on a mobile connection and not on Wi-Fi so disconnection will happen. Better luck next time.” It’s super frustrating that they refuse to even reimburse you the cost of the game. I’m seriously considering deleting this game because it’s not worth it to me. It’s fun whenever you actually get to win. But don’t hold your breath for a win…. Glad I never spent my money on this game….

  • Absolutely no worth it

    I’ve played this game for almost a year now and I am absolutely disappointed….. not only does the game crash all the time usually when you’re winning…… you never win and if you get prizes don’t even hope for you to get at least one bingo…. Plus if you don’t have diamonds for 6 cards don’t even think about playing it will be a waste of time….. the worst part is that it will call majority of the numbers from your last card you played meaning you wont have the same numbers on the next game….. this game makes me absolutely disappointed and im not the only one this has happened to because I introduced this game to my grandmother and my mom and they are having the exact same annoying issues…. Lastly, to the makers of this game. Can you make this game actually enjoyable or even slightly?? We will definitely not play this until you fix your ignorant problems! Thank you!
