Fun Game, Pocket Drain, Glitches
This was a great game, a ton of fun but it’s become more and more impossible to play without buying a package every few days. The costs to play are high, you need both diamond and chips to play (and hopefully win something) and you will always be out of one or both. The games go by so quickly, rooms filled with bots. It’s just impossible to play long enough without a big spend. If you have a ton of money to waste, then by all means it’s a fun game. In the meantime, I’ve spent and spent until it got to the point it would need to be a couple times a week to keep up, and that’s at the lower end casinos, they raised the wagers even more recently.
And glitches, a lot of resets and “oops, something went wrong. Reset”… when you’ve spent actual money for timed daub hints that expire, resets are definitely not your friend. After I got disconnected for the millionth time in the middle of a game, they added “100k chips for my trouble”… that’s 1 game at a lower end casino now. Hopefully this gets better so some of us average folks can play.Show lessTheKdd
Crashed since update
Unfortunately the game has crashed after the second update but it’s still being promoted incessantly. If you can’t load your game you cannot provide any information to the developers with the exception of it will not load and your options are to retry or exit. The game has a lot of potential and can be fun, but thousands of comments have been left via Facebook or other means such as email etc. and nobody seems to have gotten a response. Would be nice for the developers just put out some acknowledgment of the issues and then credit people for all the chips they are losing because they cannot collect!

Unfortunately the game continues to have the same glitches in bags over and over and over and over and players are being patient and losing out on their diamonds and coins. yes, occasionally support will reimburse people a minuscule fraction of what the problem was. Would love to keep supporting the game but it has been become more work than it has been fun. And with the latest increased costs (without ever taking a poll) in diamonds/chips just to supposedly get a bigger payout is absolutely robbery and you should be ashamed.Show lessIrritated66

Used to be a fun game. It was easy to build up coin and gems just by logging in and collecting daily/hourly bonuses. But for whatever reason the developers decided that they needed to raise the bet substantially. Don’t get me started on the inability to win a hand if you don’t use gold cards…you must use gems to get gold cards. Anyway, the glitches in the game I can deal with, they don’t really happen that often. But the minimum bet increase and no increase to our login bonuses-that was a blow. At least with your other myVEGAS games you can actually play a little with the login bonus. Not anymore with bingo. And the claim of higher payouts…that was a load of you know what! Unless you’re using gold cards you aren’t winning any substantial amount back. Even when i use gold cards and get a bingotacular one card, triple on another, double on a third card and a single on the 4th card…I’ll probably only win back just slightly more than i paid in with these ridiculously high buy ins. Seriously, either lower the buy in back to what it was…or increase the login bonus…or actually do what you promised and give higher payouts. OMG and what’s up with clubs??? Seriously, i had 143 balls and only need 1 number for blackout yet somehow didn’t get that number??? Give me a break!!! Fix the clubs!!!

I used to love this game but it’s changed drastically in the last few months. This game keeps crashing and resetting after each match despite multiple updates and attempts to fix it. You can barely break even when you play matches preventing you from playing more. Since the updates started it completely bankrupt my account with the low payouts and I refuse to pay actual money to play any game! The new update today doubled the cost to play however it does not give you double the payout in any form( coins, gifts, tickets etc). There’s not double tickets to earn more diamonds to buy gold tickets and the daily challenge bonuses are not any better to help pay the higher cost per game. The daily & time bonus coins are the same and not near enough to play more than one game with the higher cost. They’ve stolen all the joy of playing this game :(Show lessRitegirl23
Glitchy especially when you are supposed to win something
Love all the MyVEGAS games, play them all for years now, spend my own money etc, never had any issues with the other games like this one. Here’s my biggest issue: I am starting to think it’s not coincidental that whenever I get a high number of bingos in 1 game the app ”needs to reset” right at the end, riiiiigghhtt before I’m told how much I won 🤨😑 I just played a 4 card game in Royal Casino at max bet so it costs approx $550,000 and I got triple bingos on like 3 of the cards, bingotacular etc and when the app reset I was awarded 700,000 chips. Seems a little stupid to play a game that costs this much if the reward isn’t even enough to play another game after breaking even ESPECIALLY when you are on level 62 and the daily reward is a measly $150,000 and hourly $25,000 😒Show lessfrodrick88
Fun gameplay but so very Frustrating
First of all the gameplay is really fun but it is so frustrating like the laughable promised award the following day in the game inbox after you update never got it and the Facebook video game rewards I have never gotten any of them have bought numerous game play things like I bought 2 winter gala deals for double the winter gala event items didn’t ever get them I was given some tokens that never even came close to what I bought but hey I don’t know why I expected from them I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment si I just gave up trying to get anything I should have but didn’t and given up on thinking about a costumer service and instead take mostly what I get and don’t spend any money on here anymore so I’m not wasting any real cash and just use it it on the other bingo and other types games on here I kno they at least appreciate the business you sent themShow lesscrazy and loving it
It won’t even load :(
I started playing this game while pregnant good time waster since I was a high risk pregnancy and wasn’t allowed to do squat. Mind you I recently had my baby on the 8th. Before I went to the hospital I could play the game just fine. Small glitch with the bingo cards not loading after a game, that was an easy fix, just tap the tasks immediately exit the task, and boom bingo cards. Cool, I can deal with that. But literally as soon as I get home from the hospital the game will NOT even load. I get maybe a quarter of the way through the initial loading screen and it just sits there. It’s not my phones data and it has nothing to do with my WiFi or the millions of other WiFi networks I’ve tried to run the game on. I just updated it to the latest version and soon as there was even an update. But it will still not go past that mark. I love the myVEGAS series of games. I lived in Vegas for 8 years recently moved out of state but my parents still live there and we all play so we can rack up enough to go out whenever I’m in town. Guess I won’t be headed into town anytime soon if this keeps happening.Show lessNicolenewcomer

I can’t believe I ever played another bingo game. I love this one! Maybe it’s the noises and sounds it makes when you click on a number. Maybe it’s the fact you can get multiple bingos in a game on the same card. Maybe it’s the events that they have to hook you into playing more, i don’t know… what it is for me but I’m hooked! I’ve downloaded on my phone and my iPad and often play them both at the same time. I do admit that it has some glitches like kicking you out a game after you’ve used diamonds for power up cards or mysteriously losing “connection” when you’re on a bingotacular roll but all in all it’s still a great game. I love that you can use tickets to play the slots for more diamonds if you don’t want to pay for more but more often I am paying for daub hints and get the diamonds in the pack as a bonus. I’m sure I will enjoy this game for years to come.Show lessShayBrooks2012
Starts off great... then...
It is a great and fun game. But it quickly begins to glitch out. Most of the time it saves your win and gives you the chips etc., no problem. But then it doesn't. They then start to make it impossible to complete tasks and events without paying for more chips and diamonds. The prices they make you pay vs what you get and how much you lose is insane. Especially when you realize you can get first place and not even win the amount of chips back. Then I finally caved and spent money and as soon as I did, the first time I win enough to set me up decently, a first place 4 card, top caller, worth around 1 million chips, it crashes and I never got my chips back. It only saved the game before. So now I am out 500,000 chips for the game I played and the 1 million I won. The game is addicting, I will give them that. But I have a feeling everyone will eventually delete after they get screwed like I just did for about the third time since I started to play.Show lessLeesielex

Even when you win, you lose in this game. Surprised to see no one mention how truly awful the payout scale is. Getting a bingo doesn’t even cover the price of the card so you can’t even break even when you win. Seriously?! Forget playing more than one card. Once 31 or 32 bingos have been called the round is over. So if you’re playing 4 cards, you’d need to get 5 out of those 31/32 bingos just to not lose coins. You’re hemorrhaging coins the whole time you play. There are lots of different ways to earn coins in the game but it’d be better if I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off every time I do what I got the game for which is play bingo.
The animations during gameplay are beyond annoying and frustrating. You’re trying to daub your card but sometimes can’t see the numbers because there’s animations flying all over it. Stop it already.
This could be a truly great game if they dropped the terrible animation and fixed the payouts.Show lessJerichoX
