This app have slowly servers and Iran’s internet speed too. So we can’t watch live tv on GLWiz.
Subscription is similar to fraud
I wanted to have subscription just for one month. There is no place in their website to cancel your subscription so I thought it is not auto renewal! After 6 months I figured out they keep charging me! When I called them to ask how should I cancel my membership, they told me you had to delete your credit card information! It is completely a fraud! Their costumer service was very rude and they didn’t let me talk to a manager!

So many issues
First I don’t understand why there is ad on people who pays for membership second Why the bugs is never fixed. Now when playing stupid ads I can not skip it and then I can not forward or pause the video so I have to restart the app every time and this issue has been going on for months now and never fixed.

I am surprising while you guys don’t pay a penny for purchasing and getting the license for your shows, you increase the membership fee by 15% !!!
Not only it’s an illegal business, it’s unethical to put ads before and after your shows and even in the middle of the playbacks.
I reached out to them for the ads and they said they do that because of covering the expenses. What expenses? It’s SCAM.
I’ll definitely cancel my membership. It’s not bearable anymore. And I’ll use some legal and high quality Persian steaming apps that are coming to business.
