GLWiz is not working like before. It stoped operating a lot. Every ten minutes. I like this app and I think I am one of the first costumer u use this app.
Scam
This is just one way money making crap. I purchased for a monthly subscription for my son to watch Iran channel three AFC qualifiers. Channel 3 is accessible online, free if charge via IRIB, but that keep pausing frequently, so does GLWIZ. This channel just broadcast same channel with no difference. Historical important TV series just listed and the links are fake. example? Try “ Sarzamin Sabz” , “ Sarbedaran”.
A few movies and TV series - of those with no artistic values works, I tested- lower quality than one could potential watch on youtube or other free channels. Paying a cent to such movies to kill the time ! I don’t commit such a crime to my life.
Online chat? Just an icon. Waiting 40 minutes, one responds.
Overall: Zero, misleading, Scam.

Stay Away!
Without a doubt this company offers the worst service among all the tele-media companies that I have dealt with over the years. While the technical quality and reliability of their product as a service leaves a lot to be desired, their customer service is unmatched in terms of poor quality and unprofessional conduct. They practice "bait and switch" when they sold a package to me and when I called their customer service to file a complaint, their response was: "It is what it is!" This company should be ashamed of its deceitful and fraudulent business practice as well as its dismissiveness and defiant attitude toward customer care. My advise to those who are are thinking about becoming a GLWIZ customer is to STAY AWAY from this company. This company does not care about you and therefore does not deserve your business. On that note, if there ever was a solid case for justifying a zero star, this would be the one.

Terrible app!
Unreliable, crashes all the time, unintuitive navigation, too many ads, etc etc.

If you can’t cover the most popular Persian community events (like Nowrouz, popular soccer games…)because of technical difficulties what’s the point of paying monthly subscription! It hasn’t covered the best Persian movies and series for last year as well !
