Been playing for 3 days, was enjoying the game. Now I am banned, no idea why. Can’t dispute it cause Inhave no idea what the user name or area number was. Was still the made up alpha numeric name.

Worst customer service

It’s a fun game. I have been playing for over a year now. Once you get past the beginning and join a clan. It’s definitely worth it. But please note the customer service is very poor and won’t take responsibility for anything. They make excuses after excuses. My game kicks me out after a long play. I was attacking another player and someone attacked me while I was not in the game because it dropped. The customer service wants to blame everything but….first said it’s my internet and I should get better internet. While home I have home WiFi and phone internet. How is this happening. Then they tried to say it’s my storage on my phone. Which that is not the case. Then they said it was the memory space. Please I pay extra for a memory plan for more space. They will not take responsibility at all. So keep that in mind. I gave 1 star. Because in today’s world customer service has gone down hill everywhere. Time to take that back and refuse that service. Thanks

Asks for ridiculous questions to delete account. Give you the run around to keep your information rather than just deleting account when requested.

Scam

Don't download this game. The customer/"VIP" support is useless. Even when players provide full screen recordings of glitches and other things wrong in the game, nothing is fixed and no compensation is given. The only glitches that are fixed are the ones that benefit the player (ex: an event accidentally giving more resources than it is supposed to). The values placed on packs to buy are outrageous and arbitrary. Unless you're a millionaire, don't bother.

This game once held promise, and involved strategy. That was two years ago. Now it is strictly pay-to-win and new features that are added only serve to help those already at the top. They used to actually implement suggestions to improve the game, but no longer do. They also have poor game mechanics for matching servers against each other, so the power is rarely equitable. Makes for very boring seasons.

The only pro to this game is the social aspect and making friends from across the globe.

DO NOT PLAY!!!

I have been playing this game for over 2-1/2 years straight and have enjoyed playing the entire time due to the friends you meet along the way. BEWARE: It is free to play but you have to spend a lot to compete and continue to spend to stay competitive. I understood this going into the game and accepted this fact. However, with a recent bug in the game that was exploited by some of the players, the developers decided to reset the vehicles of most players. I spent over $3000 and played 2-1/2 to get my vehicles where they were before the bug and they were reset over night. The developers claimed to have compensated everyone for all that was lost but the compensation was not even close to what I lost. I have been in contact with customer service and provided proof with screenshots of my vehicles before and after the bug, however, they refuse to fix the problem. This is the case for numerous players I have been in contact with. The developers essentially stole my money due to bug a that they caused and customer service refuses to give it back. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PLAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Bad customer service

Originally was a fun game but the developers have horrible response time and only care about taking your money. There was a bug where you could acquire additional vehicle materials - which is an error on their game programming. They decided to reset the vehicles of those who were affected and didn’t return the original amount of metal used to upgrade vehicles. My vehicle was reset and is now very weak compared to what I spent the two years in the game upgrading by playing the in-game mini games, in addition to spending my own money on it.

Play at your own risk. I wouldn’t spend a lot of money on this game ever again.

Bait and switch on rewards, people getting inventory they’ve paid for taken away, doxxing and slander without any repercussions. This company has no code of conduct. Thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars need to be spent if you want to stay competitive past the first few seasons.

Game sucks!

This game was addictive but past few months I’d describe it as a headache that’s far from fun! Game issues daily and customer service will tell you what you want to hear without actually fixing the problems ! But you can be sure that they will roll out new events over and over to take your money … unresponsive buttons,lost in game sounds, unable to open bonus crates and features I bought with actual money are taken away after I’ve purchased them just to name a few … After playing it over a year I’m now walking away from the game due to the amount of issues

Not Happy

I saw an add on this game and was like omg this looks so cool!!
I downloaded it and it took like 5g and than when i opened it downloaded even more like i dont get the point? than i started playing it and i was like this is nothing like what the add displayed!
It’s not a horrible game i quite enjoyed it for what it turned out to be but honestly was still disappointed that they are displaying something completely different in a way to get players to download the game and give it a go!
It’s ridiculous! i deleted the game because it just annoyed me!

Delete Account

When you try to delete your account you’ll realize the game is a scam. They ask for unnecessary information to make it hard for you to remove your account. Like the location of your settlement. And they make your contact costumer service instead of automating it. They only need your id. They are stealing and retaining person information.

Don’t download this game and don’t create an account. You’ll thank later.
