Worst Developers and help desk in history of games
All games have bugs and issues however it is up to the developers and the help desk to make things right. Recently played in a tournament in which we won even thought other team was stronger and managed to have more than the 30 limit. Because the losing team complained we have to have a rematch. They compensated us with 200 gems which doesn’t even cover one march speed. The game clearly favors some regions and players more then others which doesn’t sit well with me. This game use to be fun .. it use to be fair .. now it’s completely garbage. Play any game over this.

Pay to play
This is a pay to play game. Not a bad game, but you need to buy in order to keep up. That’s not so bad, but when you buy, then dont get what you bought, but get an error message instead, that tells you to contact support, then wait for hours before getting a response, which in the meantime you use other resources, which you paid for in the long run anyway, and then get what you did pay for, because it was obviously paid for, then the rep asks if you think you should be compensated, and you thank them and tell them you’d appreciate that, and they come back and tell you, “nope, that’s a network issue, no compensation”
That, after buying things for several days running. You would think they would want to keep paying customers happy, but apparently they make more then they need. I didn’t mind spending a little bit, but since I see their greed, probably spent my last in it. Plenty of other games
P.S.
After telling the rep that I would go do a review, I was filling out the review as to the performance of the customer service, and in the middle of filling it out, the game, for the first time ever, suddenly shuts down and the review can’t be brought back up.

Be ware
The game is awesome until there is a bug. Then things go missing, equipment for me. I lost it all. I had paid money for some of it. When contacting support, they close the ticket and say I’m making it up. The relationship between consumer and developer is one sided. They provide no way to track problems, ID’s for tickets, they make the consumer provide the evidence, logs and expect us to troubleshoot. When it goes wrong, they ignore us. Very sad.

There comes a point in most online games, especially free ones, where you can’t just play to enjoy. The options run out, you need to wait on the clock to continue play, etc....in this game, you run out of the ability to engage targets, obtain items, increase reserves on the world map because you run out of gems. Well, 5e only recourse is to pay money for more. MOST people over 30-35 WON’T spend their hard-earned money on a simple game, no matter how exciting it is. For those who are unable to work(disabled workers, disabled Vets like myself, and retired folks, also like myself, just wont part with limited income on a game. There NEEDS to be an alternative, not necessarily and EQUAL alternative to “getting 500 gems for $9.99....” but something ethically, morally reasonable. People aren’t as ignorant or gullible as politicians would have us believe! MAKE people WANT to stay with your games!

Great game
Honestly…this is a great game. Usually these sorts of games are really confusing and throw so much at you at once on how to play, you can never remember. However this game for some reason really keeps you interested, I took the intro to the game slow so I could properly learn and it wasn’t too bad. The game helps you keep track of how to do things and you don’t need to wait 100
Hours for one building either.
If you want to play this game, take the intro slowly and try not to rush through it, it’s not very long but once you do get through it you’ll have a basic idea and the game starts becoming really fun. The story is great too.

I would love it, but…
I would love this game if after I deleted it, it would stop trying to re download every single time i buy a song on itunes or get a new app, but my memory is close to full, and every little thing i add to my phone, this giant memory consuming game jumps in like “DENIED” and blocks it while also letting me know I don’t have enough memory to redownload this game anymore either which i deleted about 5 months ago, and deleted about 100 times so far when it pops back up to prevent me from getting anything new. As for the actual game… it’s exactly the same asevery single other base building game in app existence. Wish they were original

It’s cost plenty
If you want to get anywhere in the game it’s going to cost you money and big money , these types of game should be a very minimal cost to a player but when you are looking at hundreds of dollars if not thousands to get anywhere in this game it’s totally not worth it , you can only play so far then it’s going to cost you , so play as far as you can then delete it off your phone
