  • Last update causing annoying issues

    Latest update has been causing pop ups every time I log in, asking to go to my notification settings and turn them on. I do not want nor need notifications popping up, i simply like to log in like before and look for work orders. I do not need the app to ask me every single time i log in to go to my phone settings. It was not an issue before

  • Latest patch/update issue

    The latest patch or update is causing error messages to pop up when you attempt to open a vehicle or use of the back button. The problem doesnt occur to everyone that updated, hit and miss. Reinstalling, relogging, or restarting of device doesnt not fix the issue.
  • The ratings tell all, stay away

    We use this app at my shop to log in hours, so basically my pay depends on this app, Rapid Recon needs severe maintenance, Im missing hours from jobs completed so Im not getting paid, so I have to go back to old reliable and trustworthy paper, two things need to happen QUICK either Rapid Recon start paying me my lost hours OR get their crap together and fix the “bugs” or problems that their app have caused, playing with my money is like playing with my emotions and IM NOT HAVING IT!!

  • No landscape view?

    Would make the app a lot more versatile - since everyone is using tablets now - landscape mode is a basic must have for apps.

    Rapid Recon has a great team that is dedicated to helping the dealer become more efficient with their reconditioning work flows and processes which leads to a better bottom line.
  • Quick links

    The new quick links feature is awesome. It’s a huge timesaver for us.
  • Why though?

    New layout is unnecessary and the app crashes sometimes trying to upload pictures. If something isn’t broke don’t fix it.
  • Old version way better

    The old Rapidrecon version was much better than the new one. Now you have to click a new window every time you want to do something.

  • New design is horrible

    I do not use the mobile version as much (only to upload pictures). So I’m still figuring out the app. I rated it one star because the desktop version(is what I mostly use at work), is absolutely horrible. Where to start? When the people that were designing the web version, were they sitting 2 inches from they’re screen? Desktop view is extremely zoomed in. The desktop version is hard to look at. Labor time is no longer added up when inputed, and when adding lines from the excessively long option list. It always resets to the top when done adding one line. The color scheme of the desktop version is horrid. I honestly loved the older version, please correct. I write this review in the hopes of the design team sees it. Sometimes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Tried to express my input to your support team, but has fallen on deaf ears. Only got replies to the extent of contacting me and training me how to use the “new version” of rapid. I don’t need training, the site is simplistic. But your design team has gone the extent to complicate it. If you really care about the product you distribute to dealers, you would consider my critique.
