Terrible app

Unable to take reliable pictures and have the application, identify the stamp then I was led to believe that within this application, I could get the value of the stamp, but you can’t you have to go to another website and that website is never up and you can never connect to it. It always says I’m making too many request so I take a picture make the request and that’s too many request, this may be one of the worst apps I’ve ever had

Useless

Scanned a British stamp with the Queen’s head on it, and the App was completely useless. Said it was from Hungary, and the image it found looked nothing like the stamp.

Identifies a wall a person. Identifies figure skating as Queen Elizabeth
II, not very good.

Waste of time

Tried 4 different stamps, never even got the country correct, let alone the stamp.

The focus works too fast and is very inaccurate.

Hello. You’re using auto focus. Did you try semi-auto or manual mode? You can choose it using the button on the bottom-right side of the screen.

Excellent support

This is a useful app- and excellent support when I couldn’t find a particular stamp. detailed information and response in the time frame stated. Would highly recommend this app.

Hi. Please try mobile network. It's possible that your IP on the WiFi was blocked from Colnect for some reason. Please share your public IP stamp_identifier_support_ios@colnect.com and we'll check.

Unhelpful

This app does not appear to have the ability to recognize even very common stamps from the US. I tried several from different countries, and it wasn't even close.
