Finding it hard to figure out
I am finding it difficult to figure out how best to set it up. For example, how best to break the habit of going to bed late every night. Should this be, get to bed early with a goal of 1 unit, got to bed late with a goal of zero units, could this be automated with the health app (not for time in bed or time asleep as that is different). Also, what does it mean when you forget to record a habit as completed, is that skipped or recorded as a miss. I don’t understand how the stats work.
