Can’t get into app anymore, won’t send a code. This morning my Apple devices couldn’t connect to wifi and taotronics said my password to connect to wifi wasn’t correct….but it is. Unplugged and plugged in router again and system came up and allowed App,e devices to connect. How bad is this! Time for a new mesh router!!Show lessTvWatch2017
Won’t send codes
Anyone find a way to log into the app, unable to get it to send log in codes.

App Officially Now Unsupported
I have 4 of these bought in 2021.
I moved house and needed to change the config. To my surprise it’s now impossible to get a login code using this app and this is the ONLY way to configure them.
I have been emailing back and forth with Tao Tronics support and they say that ‘devices have a lifetime’ and the app no longer works and they are out of warranty. They proposed a possible 10% refund if their supervisor approves it.
It’s not a warranty issue because the hardware is absolutely fine. It’s their choice to not support the app which is ridiculous if not illegal because it was sold under false pretences.
Bizarrely this app that I am writing this review on STILL available in the App Store but beware it’s useless as you never get the email back with the code to login and Tao Tronics have acknowledged this is the case.Show lessLankee
App stopped working
It doesn’t send verification codes to my email anymore.
My taotronics mesh wifi system stopped working and i need to reset it from the app but it doesn’t let me in because it stopped being able to send verification codes.K3G2001
App and router not accessible
Just like many others reported the app is currently not accessible due to server issues. Therefore the routers cannot be accessed for maintenance or settings.
Currently they are still working however with no access basically.
Time to shop for a new system.jmt359

customer support responded with something about irreparable server issue and they can offer a partial refund. i’m sure it’ll be through TT only, prompting you to buy another chinese piece of junk that’ll be in a landfill within 2 years. the routers are more than capable, but now completely unusable unless they remove login credentials from the app or someone ports some other firmware to these.Show lessaccidentalplan

App is easy to use and intuitive
Bought this three mesh router set after much consideration. The app works seamless with the routers and was easy to use and set up.jfmd20
