This is the worst app I have tried to use but gave up at the end. It was no point as it just doesn’t work.
The tech department should make the app easier to use to encourage people to use it.

It should be called iAM stupid.
It’s not just having scanning ID issue. Once you succeed. The app locked you acc and it’s not allowing you to help the others such senior family to register. rubbish government made rubbish app.
Poor design
Very busy layout and difficult to navigate

Absolutely terrible
HKID scanning feature is impossible to use, I tried many angles and light sources before it decided to pick it up. And the facial scanning feature is even more inaccurate.
Scanning function doesn’t work
Been trying to register and the scanning function is impossible. Spent hours trying different angles and lighting etc and it just doesn’t work. Frustrating app.
QR code scan is total trash

Scanning ID won’t work
Doesn’t focus on iPhone 15 Pro. Passes capture but constantly states it can’t read the scan of ID, and therefore can’t register. Useless.
Useless App
Scanned my ID more than 30 times under perfect lighting and it did not recognise it at all. Deleting this useless garbage
