Can’t sign in
can’t sign into the app and use barcode for member card so every time I dine in the staff have to manually type in my membership number because you got rid of physical cards…please fix this!
Apple Pay?
No Apple Pay on checkout which is disappointing. I don’t want to store my card in a 3rd party app due to privacy concerns nor have to manually type it in each time I want to check out…. And if I do store the card and it expires in the future I will need to readd it again. Add Apple Pay please so I don’t have these frustrations.

Didn’t give me my food.
Had food ordered to me and did not receive it. I figured that your cooks were too lazy to make my food. Please get better staff as your current ones are lazy and did not prepare nor deliver my food. I demand a refund straight away, this is ridiculous. If i ever order from here again and get scammed, you will be hearing from my lawyers.

App not working
Made an account on the website can sign in fine on there but wont let me sign into the app ??? Need to fix this asap
Does half a job!
Ordered with confirmation only to have drinks part of order received- waited 30 mins before we asked wait staff where our meal was and they said the food part of the orders didn’t go through and the app must have a “glitch”. Terrible.
