Los precios no funcionan como dicen
2 semanas perdidas de tiempo y sin reservas. No es tan sencillo como dicen, no es poner un precio y ya esta, lo que no te dicen es que ese precio sera el precio base en tu otra plataforma, pero todo lo que tengas configurado en ella se aplicara a ese precio base establecido en Amenitiz, con lo cual es mucho mas difícil de controlar los precios. 2 reservas me entraron de céntimos el dia. It was oversold to me
I am so incredibly dissatisfied with this platform. Here I list only some of my reasons:
- Consolidated messages in one place - sounds great until you realize that it only works for messages from customers that have booked already & doesn’t pull through enquiries from prospective customers so you still need to check other platforms
- Smart pricing - gives me weird suggestions that are incorrect. Not useful at all
- most changes I make on Amenitiz, I then have to make directly on Booking.com and Airbnb platform separately
- some reservations didn’t pull through from Booking.com
- the platform is not intuitive at all
- cumbersome to add special events (although it does add holidays automatically)
- payment by amenitiz - I can only send payment link via email or WhatsApp. Not all customers have whatsapp. Also, it is not automatic. I have to manually create payment link and send it each time
- housekeeping - only lets the cleaner to see one day at a time. For small holiday let it’s pointless as I need to give my cleaner more advanced notice.
All in all, I am soooo frustrated that I gave into their marketing. I wish I have never made the moveShow lessZuzana - Small SA owner
Avoid using Amenitiz
I feel trapped with this company- they made lots of promises about what they could do and they have not delivered. There are much better products out there like Pricelabs and Smoobu. Save your money and look elsewhere. Avoid Avoid Avoid…RP100x
