I have been a customer for many years, by far this is the best Pharmacy the people who work here are so kind. They know you by name they don’t take two days to fill up prescription like some of the bigger pharmacies do. They go out of the way to help you.
Needs Work
It would be awesome if a text or reminder could be added to let you know when an RX is ready to pick up or out for delivery.
Why are there so many options for the same RX? Very confusing when I try to reorder?
Could some of the RX be bundled together so you only have to refill once a month for the prescriptions that are used monthly?

Love the pharmacy, not the app
I can’t get the app to change from pickup to delivery. I Tried deleting the but now I can’t get it back on my iPhone. When I go to the App Store it just signs me in and I still can’t change anything.
Too manual
This app is too manual. I have to upload everything instead of it being uploaded automatically when I was prescribed and filled. I don’t know how much it is. I don’t know if it’s been filled. It’s really semi pointless.
Slow and Reloading
While the app itself is a grand idea, the rate at which it loads and the amount of times you have to re-enter your information is ridiculous. The developers need to address the issues with loading and holding the information that is entered. The app is a great tool. Especially for those who aren’t mobile and can’t get to the pharmacy to pick up their medication. Please fix the app!!!!!!!

The App is great, it is nice not to have to call in the refills. Only issue I have is all of the prescriptions that do not have refills stay on the refill list. I have deleted them multiple times but they always come back next time I open the app.

Poor app - fix needed
Requires you to reenter patient info and medications every time you request a refill. Then when you get in, there is a list of existing patient infos, that require you to review everyone of the listings. Fix needed to keep just one name and med list to avoid confusion and out dated meds. Additionally, this app is very slow to load, even though i am on a 5g network or using a high speed internet connection
