It needs improvement
I like how easy it is to use. But it could be much better. I hate having to scroll through so many meds to find the current Rx # so I can order. You should have old Rx fall off the list, like if there are zero refills or if it’s a year old or more.
Instead, I go through a list of meds with the same medication listed multiple times under multiple Rx#, when it should only show up under the most recent Rx# that was filled. I’d give 5 stars then. But the aggravation of scrolling so long a list is ridiculous.
You should also have a way for customers to notify of a change in doctors, so that old Rx’s under old doctors no longer used can be seen on the long scroll of Rx#.

The app is ok could be better
There is one improvement that would bring my rating up to 41/2 or 5 stars. On my medication list also show the name of the medication instead of just the RX# so I can tell what they are without having to go though all of them checking the numbers. Half the time it doesn’t even work and it’s not very user friendly

Switched from Walgreens
I wish that I had switched a year ago!! This place is so much better than Walgreens I can’t begin to tell you the difference!!
Great customer service, they go the extra mile and worked really hard to get my Lyrica that Walgreens had held up for 3 weeks. They got it and delivered it within 2 days! 3 weeks : 2 days. No comparison, right???
If I could give Walgreens negative stars , I would!! I will tell everyone I know to switch to U-Save-It!!

Switched from CVS several years ago and have no regrets about the change. The staff at the Clayton store always give great customer service. They are always very thorough in their prescription services. They always treat you like a friend or family when you walk in to their store. They are always friendly and cordial. Great caring and service!
