App needs to be updated
This app kicks me out of my account at least once a month. It is frustrating. I just upgraded my phone and now it does not want to recognize my touch ID and I cannot get into my account the way I need to.

Not up to standard
This app is extremely minimal. TOO minimal. I should at least be able to see my account and routing number within the app. Even the “help” email CTBOnline isn’t working. Please include at least the basics. I want to add money to my account but with the thought put into the app development I’m not sure how much I trust it when the basics aren’t even met.

My pay used to be on Tuesdays all of a sudden I’m getting paid on Thursdays to deposit a check I got to say that Citizens Trust is the only bank that could actually deposit my check I think that’s a little extra and I never had this problem with PNC

Much Better Since Updates
Since deciding to update the app with more features my experience is more seem less now.
