So I downloaded the app thinking I atleast can lock and unlock my doors with the app. When I got the app they told me to wait 48hours for all the data to collect into the app. It’s been a month and when I open this app it don’t even have an option where I can unlock or lock my doors. There’s no option for autostart or anything. It just shows my vehicle digital glove box offers and promotions. And set up my dealer for service and maintenance.

Hi, have you had the chance to push the Assist button inside the vehicle to activate your subscription? Please know, you must have an active subscription and a connected vehicle to utilize most mobile app features.
