Can’t even connect to the mug
Tried everything. We can’t connect to the mug to even use it!Pass on this!
The app doesn’t work at all.

App will not connect to mug
No matter how many times I have installed and reinstalled the app, it will not connect to the mug. On top of that, when you try to send in a request for service to try to fix the problem, you have to take a photo of the "failure problem" but Vsitoo wants access to your entire photo library!!!! App Horrible
Like the mug, but for the price it isn’t worth it. The app has issues connecting and reconnecting continuously. Battery life is crap. Horrible app.LMiller 7955

Please address the software update. Trying to install 1.1.67. First it says update failed, then it changes to success. This is a constant loop. The device and app won’t stay connected. Lot of money to spend just to throw away.Warm Beverage Lover
Worst product I have bought in years
This product is poorly designed in so many ways. The main way is that it is tethered to the app, meaning it can’t function without being connected to the app. The problem is that the app is of extremely low quality. For me, it constantly is reconnecting to the mug, resulting in a buzz sound. Every second! If this is what a “smart” mug is, I would rather have my cold dumb mug…Show lessTimonS-SV
App turns mug off
The app turns off the mug and since the mug can be manually controlled, there’s no reason to even have this app.saltwaterpuppy

Why does the app continuously lower the temp? That should be don’t by the person drinking the coffee. If I wanted room temp coffee, I wouldn’t need this mug!beanybabe96

Overall I really love my mug. I knocked off a star because of the app. It will intermittently drop the desired temp slider down to much cooler than I want. I like my coffee hot and from time to time I will look on the app and somehow the slide is anywhere from the lowered to midrange even though I didn’t change it. Feels like a software bug but I’m not sure.Show lessstinkydog99
