  • Date Range

    I usually get along pretty well with the app. The only problem I’m having right now is I’m trying to print out a lab report and the date range selection isn’t working so I can’t choose the date I need. It just is not showing any way to choose a date at all, frustrating? Yes.
  • App does not work

    This app doesn’t work anymore and hasn’t for over a month now my lab results will be on there and the next day want show up anymore I hope you can fix it it is the only one that this hospital uses
  • Easy to use and has what I need

    Easy to set up a pin and get to my results. It lets me print and save my results and message with my doctor, so it has everything I need. It also has a way that you can add your own readings to any of the sections.

    I was able to sign in and get all my data, easy to navigate and monitor my results.

    New update has made the app unusable. Opens to a blue screen and nothing else.

  • Fix this portal!!

    This is the worst portal ever for us with underlying issues. I can’t even get on the app to follow up with appointments and labs. The screen stays blue. Why can’t the developers see this and fix it!!! I’m going to let the health care facility know that they need to address this situation if they want us to use it otherwise things will get out of control.
