App needs attention

The App works when it wants which is not very often . At least 3 out 5 days through out the week it deletes all my info . Now it won’t accept domain name ( usually at least once a month ) .

So sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the app.  Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling it on your device first to see if it helps resolve any of the problems you mentioned?  If not and the issues persist after the app has been reinstalled, could you provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive when the domain name isn't accepted on your device so we can take a look? Thank you!

Location issues

App is good but doesn’t let me clock in because it tells me that I am not on site.

I currently work in Manhattan.

It used to work for me when I worked in Manhattan around 4 years ago.

Not good

Location services aren’t working and I have to constantly text my manager so that he can manually clock me in, this issue started happening two days ago

Minor issues and inconvenience to employees

This app needs to incorporate a feature that specifies the days or shifts worked by employees. As it stands, once a shift has been worked, it is removed from the schedule, making it challenging for employees to keep track of their work days. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if the app could indicate breaks taken during assignments.

Open shifts option missing

From past 3 days im not able to see open shift option in the app .. please fix

Disappointing Features and Design of TrackShift

This application is disappointing because it doesn’t give you access to check your past shifts or hours, or any late book-offs. Additionally, the design of this application is not as smooth as the W2W application, which I use for another job.

Good but could use improvements

Wish app would indicate the days or shifts worked. Currently after a shift has been worked it’s removed from the schedule. I have to screenshot my schedule ahead of time prior to working my shifts. Also would be nice if app would indicate breaks taken while clocked in at the assignment.

Doesn’t work

App logged me out several times and now I can’t log back in. Excellent job guys, thanks for making an app that’s almost completely broken half the time.
