Lack of communication and regard for Traba employees
Traba employees given badges last over other employees from other agencies. We sat in the heat for over 2.5 hours only to be told everyone else was given all of the badges and they were sending us home. Which they said this happens often. This was such a bad and unfair experience. Especially for those of us who were there early/on time. Please find a better process. There’s no way that is something that that is a consistent issue that happens to employees who show up to try and work for a company. First and foremost, I had to wake up from my sleep just to delete this app. They called me this morning about a job from a robot caller at about 8:55am. From 8:55am to 9:02am they called me 7 times, not even hanging up previous call before double calling me. On top of that, the app would push a notification as well at the same. I don’t need 14 notifications in 5 minutes. Not to mention all the jobs I get sent are 45m - 2 hours away with no option to set my preferences to closer. There’s also an option to put “Open availability” which stays on until midnight of that night, which also doesn’t work it just a stays on 24/7. And last but not least on top of all the spam and annoyance of the app, everytime I join a shift and get accepted like 5 days later, day before shift starts it’ll say it’s canceled. So the jobs I could of applied for on that day are already full now because they waited last minute to cancel.Show lessDeveloper Response

When I first used this this app it went very well. Then the Support team didn’t send the codes for me to clock in. I lost work time so I lost money because I couldn’t clock in. They said I wasn’t on the job site and the app tracks your location. I know I’m short $100 from this app and the person running the phone is absolutely rude. And I’ve witnessed a guy get sent home who was there before me. The guy called and told him to leave the guy had no money to get home I didn’t have much as well so I just sent him what I had to help him out. This app is not for me and I think it’s a tool for some people last resort for work or rent money. The customer service is selective I’ve been suspended twice for canceling a shift that was 12 hours later then they told me I canceled later. I believe they changed the time just like they changed my clock in time. The support team is very selective on who gets shifts and it’s not fair.
