  • Lack of communication and regard for Traba employees

    Traba employees given badges last over other employees from other agencies. We sat in the heat for over 2.5 hours only to be told everyone else was given all of the badges and they were sending us home. Which they said this happens often. This was such a bad and unfair experience. Especially for those of us who were there early/on time. Please find a better process. There’s no way that is something that that is a consistent issue that happens to employees who show up to try and work for a company. It’s a waste of everyone’s time and money.

  • Worst shift app ever.

    First and foremost, I had to wake up from my sleep just to delete this app. They called me this morning about a job from a robot caller at about 8:55am. From 8:55am to 9:02am they called me 7 times, not even hanging up previous call before double calling me. On top of that, the app would push a notification as well at the same. I don’t need 14 notifications in 5 minutes. Not to mention all the jobs I get sent are 45m - 2 hours away with no option to set my preferences to closer. There’s also an option to put “Open availability” which stays on until midnight of that night, which also doesn’t work it just a stays on 24/7. And last but not least on top of all the spam and annoyance of the app, everytime I join a shift and get accepted like 5 days later, day before shift starts it’ll say it’s canceled. So the jobs I could of applied for on that day are already full now because they waited last minute to cancel.

  • Don’t Use this app

    When I first used this this app it went very well. Then the Support team didn’t send the codes for me to clock in. I lost work time so I lost money because I couldn’t clock in. They said I wasn’t on the job site and the app tracks your location. I know I’m short $100 from this app and the person running the phone is absolutely rude. And I’ve witnessed a guy get sent home who was there before me. The guy called and told him to leave the guy had no money to get home I didn’t have much as well so I just sent him what I had to help him out. This app is not for me and I think it’s a tool for some people last resort for work or rent money. The customer service is selective I’ve been suspended twice for canceling a shift that was 12 hours later then they told me I canceled later. I believe they changed the time just like they changed my clock in time. The support team is very selective on who gets shifts and it’s not fair.

  • Unprofessional and waste of time

    I wouldn’t have had any complaints if it wasn’t like pulling teeth to get a shift. I accept a shift the night before that started at 5am, just to wake up at this time to see the shift is no longer in my schedule and when I’m trying to accept again tells me there was an error. They are starting to play with my money and it’s starting to become more inconvenient then convenient. Please get it together Traba

  • DONT USE THIS APP

    Went to a job and got removed from the premises for speaking to another coworker about how she got the job asking her how the app works and they told me to leave because I wasn’t doing my job and then on top of that took money out my earned time I was Rudely escorted out and told not to come back because I was speaking to another worker. The customer service didn’t care or fix my pay. I’ll never use this app again. It was hard to even get a shift and then that happens.

  • Disorganized

    Went to my first shift thirty minutes early, an employee told me to sit and the Traba employee would get to me. An hour went by. I found the employee. He said they were full up. It was all Black folks and their clique, so I was sent home…. With no pay because I want on site according to my phone location. Which is funny because I was in the warehouse. Will not use again. But they do have a lot of jobs on the app. Hopefully you get lucky and find one that won’t break your back for $14/hr

    PS: these reviews are mostly fraudulent. They pay armies of folks to give five star reviews

  • Reliable hours slow pay when you first start

    If was very easy for me to pick up a shift my first was event staff I will say they are very prompt when there are delays in shift due to weather I worked that event on Friday all the sources I read said that I would be able to get the money within 30 mins after the shift ended which I currently found out was only true if you have already worked 3 shifts and have good ratings in all 4 areas but so I worked Friday and did not receive my first pay out until Monday (they do not do any transfers on the weekends/holidays) I’ve worked another shift this past Wednesday and still haven’t gotten paid I’m sure it will be late Friday (today) or Monday so if it’s your first time and looking for instant cash out I’m here to tell you unless you work 3 shift back to back on a weekdays you will not be getting that instant pay also you have to turn it on after the 3 shifts once they determine whether or not you finished them all in good standing or wait 2-3 days for bank transfer there is no special bank that will make the money transfer faster this is getting long and I don’t write reviews but I’d suggest making sure whatever card you do use make sure it is compatible with instant cash out or you may have to wait longer cool app tho 👍🏾

    This is literally thee worst. It’s already hard to get a job in Michigan then we come on this build a build site and it’s unprofessional. I got removed off a job saying they didn’t want me because I worked for them when I never spoke via phone for an interview let alone even know what the job is for real..? Traba was no help at all just as unprofessional as all the companies teamed with this app I would not recommend this to you all. Even if it’s not that as your concern you have to be apart of some waitlist and they wouldn’t even tell you if you can work or not just let the days go. Won’t give you the compensation they said they’ll give for an inconvenience of cancellation and never did. The whole thing is whack and wouldn’t suggest none of you to even go as far to even consider working with any company paired with this app. If unprofessional, unethical, discriminatory, tacky, and many more.

  • Only two jobs to choose from

    I was so excited when I seen this this app and what it was about. But frankly, there’s only two available shifts one is at a produce warehouse (worked there before) One of the worst jobs I ever had. The other is a warehouse job driving forklifts. Unfortunately, due to epilepsy I don’t currently have a drivers license. I’ve had a representative from Traba call me and I total is six times in a row because I didn’t answer and left six voicemails on the same recording for the same jobs I’m not interested. I love the concept of the app. I think it’s a great idea but it definitely need some tweaking and updating. Maybe it’s the area? But I would think metro Detroit would have many options/opportunities.

  • Nothing but good experiences with Traba…

    I have tried a variety of different “gig” apps but for me, Traba is by far the best. New gigs are consistently posted and though they usually get claimed quickly, often I still get to work a gig I wanted by going on the waitlist and then accepting it quickly when I get notified of an opening via text. The companies I’ve worked for through Traba have all been excellent, but as far as Traba goes… They have been amazing!! Whenever I’ve needed assistance, whether it’s about pay, an upcoming assignment or whatever, they have always been a pleasure to speak to and quickly take care of whatever I am contacting them about. Even if it’s the weekend. They have been very kind to me and I look forward to continuing to get gigs through them and hope for their continued success and prosperity.
