Do Not work with Goat Foods Through Traba Florida
Goat Foods treat their Traba workers like slaves. I understand we are considered temp but what is a 5 minute break ( not even joking). They micromanage you to the core even if you are one of there best people. There is an air of condescending tone to that we should be honored to work there. Lastly you can feel the discrimination that they have on site. There is no equal opportunity diversity at this facility. Every single melanated person works as the underdog in the actual warehouse/ factory like slaves, while everyone up top in the office sector or the “higher ups, management, is of the Caucasian spectrum. It’s giving very 1960s vibes, when we are in 2022 almost 2023 and will not stand for it. Lastly when trying to speak your mind about their unethical practices they block you in the app. And Traba doesn’t really seem to care when you try to reach out to them probably because Goat Foods throws them a hefty check. I can’t even select a job because the app keeps asking to finish account setup. All tracking requirements are allowed for this app yet it persists with the same issue. I sent screenshots to their support team and no fix.obtrunco
Changed My Life
I first downloaded this app 4 months ago & it has made my life 10x better. This app gives me the ability to work when I want & where I want. I no longer have to wait 2 weeks for my paycheck. I can also take off on a Wednesday & work on a Saturday. 10/10 recommend using Trabamurk144
