Doesn’t work correctly
At first, I was introduced to Traba from a friend being in the same line of work getting shifts off of different apps. originally, I was excited about getting online and make an account on Traba because there were so many shifts available but for some reason it’s not working properly. I would like to take a shift, but then it would tell me that I need to have work three different shifts before but ever since I’ve downloaded, I’ve tried to take shifts to get experience to work other jobs, but all of those have a waitlist and they won’t let me apply to them. It makes no sense. how am I supposed to get experiences and be able to get on the waitlist for other jobs when I can’t get any SHIFTS?Show lessH.Rou

It’s been a year since I’ve been accepting shifts on Traba…Since then I have been able to pay my bills and save money plus enjoy life on my own time…people always ask me? Do I use any other app for jobs…I tell them there’s no need to Traba jobs are dependable and reliable…it’s all about impressing the owners & supervisors @ jobs…Traba just provides shifts & the rest is on you… if they like your work ethic on a shift the jobs will always want you back…much respect due to my Traba team…keep up the great job especially you Gonzalo 💯Show lessKing of Traba
Traba Saved My Marriage
My wife was about to leave me but then I downloaded Traba and we now have 3 kids. Love this app, best place to find work. Special shout-out to Nazer, he’s amazing!Nhasanian

I didn't know about at first until someone told me about this app but it's a great company and you guys find people jobs with multiple days on site and that important for some people like myself thank youGeezyAirMax95
Traba NO!
Loved using the application and was good and loved recommending it to my security friends; however, in their last update, I noticed that they took away the referral program for recommending friends and instead only have the employers. While it’s understandable, they should’ve at least sent a text or something. Seems underhanded, especially since they have no problem sending texts about other useless jobs. Finding security jobs in South Florida is not that hard and while the faster pay is nice, I can do without this app if it means going between different firms.Show lessTraba No

If anybody looking for temporary work you better off doing mystery shopping that way no one is controlling your schedule no one is removing you no one is judging you you just make money and go homeestheralexis4444

This would be a good app if they will improve the bugs. I never know when there are new shifts available. I check the app 24/7 all shifts are full all the time then when I try to get on the waitlist it say “finish account set up.” I literally will have to turn off the location, turn it back on, wait a minute just to be put on a waitlist. There is nowhere for me to turn on push notifications. Every time I open the app it tells me it’s a new update only to update & the same stuff happens all over again. I see new jobs but never able to accept a shift. I really wish they would fix this.Show lessUnicornApe

Overall the app is great they provide good jobs BUT I would highly suggest not to pick up any shifts at the moody center. They’re VERY racist to be more specific sylvia and her team is very racist and I felt highly discriminated against. Just working there your most likely guaranteed to get a poor rating no matter how hard you work!Show lessNMWKSR

Never any jobs available
There is never a single job that is available. Every last one say it is a WAITLIST!! No matter how many times a day I open up app to look for jobs. ALL is taken and it’s a WAITLIST. I sign up for waitlist and never be contacted. I’m not understanding why they don’t ban this app. It’s useless and will take up a memory space on your phone. Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry you haven't been able to find open shifts. We are adding new businesses and roles daily, but the winter is typically a little slower, so we encourage you to check back now that we're entering spring. We truly appreciate you giving Traba a chance ,and want to assure you that we do use the waitlist functionality to offer work opportunities when spots on shifts open up. That doesn't guarantee a shift though because we operate on a first come first serve basis.
