You can be on the waitlist and they over look
You can be on the waitlist and they over look you and you can have jobs that’s close to where you live and they still over look you and you can keep calling and messaging and no one responds for hours and if you don’t want to go to jobs that are far from you they over look you this is terriblepieces of doodoo of America

I’ve emailed this company 5 times no response called the support number no pick up the day I went to work clicked in you can only clock in with a password the managers give and clocked a hour later how did do that without a manager giving me the code which I didn’t do I will never work with this company againShow lesscarlosd1979
At first good, but now pretty bad. Terrible actually
I started working on traba October last year. Everything was fine up until a few months when they hired these new guys for text and call support. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer your text messages. They will get back to you whenever it’s convenient for them. So if you are having a payment issue, good luck, because they do not care and do not prioritize the payments for their staff.
Many times when we arrive to shifts, the supervisor might not be there, or the location/venue may not be open and there’s nobody around to give your credentials to clock in and get paid accordingly. When this happens we rely on the text and support team from Traba to clock us in and make sure we get paid on time. As of late, since they’ve hired these new guys, There have been many instances where I arrive to a shift with no clock in code and Traba does not answer the phone.
The best thing about Traba in comparison to other work-shift apps WAS that Traba had a communication team that would make sure their staff and their clients(the places we work) are on point.
However I can see now as they expand they are no longer planning to prioritize communicating with their staff nor do they care whether their people get paid on time or not.
It’s pretty sad. But at least they got work right ? Lol.Show lessdorsiflex
