    I have worked in one shift yet and I am satisfied with the application, I even have a few more upcoming shifts right now, but the producer of the application constantly sends me sms and writes things like you have to work more than 40 hours a week, and I say that I will only work in the shifts I choose and that I am not available on the remaining days. He just called me twice at 7-8 in the morning.

    Traba, a reliable iPhone app, has been invaluable in helping me find local gigs and jobs. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking employment opportunities during downtime.
  • App is location based

    Pick your location wisely they don’t always pay what’s on the app most locations are “estimated times” so you’ll sign up for a job paying $125 and end up getting $86 🤦🏾‍♂️ if you have something or someone to take care of don’t make this app your only income just simply apply with stadium people and get every hour you sign up for and also Instawork is true to their word as well if they have a job for $125 you’ll get that and sometimes the job include tips so you won’t even have to touch the actual pay the only downfall is it’s weekly pay for the first few gigs.

  • Between good and bad

    I want to say a good app but worst customer service ever. I tried to contact customer service shifts and everything but they don’t ever answer my contact support. And none of them customer services don’t ever help out.

    Always shifts available and very organized with schedule. If you have any questions or any problems the team is always there to help you at any time 100% recommended
  • 2nd Completed Task

    I previously completed a security at Kaseya center as my first completed task. I enjoyed this type of work and look forward to receiving more task from you. I unfortunately had to cancel Sep 21 task I overbooked and had several task with mirrored times and location had me confused. My first task, I was totally lost and confused on useing the app, signing in and out, and accepting . Despite all this I was able to sign the sign in sheet to show my completion. I’ve accepted shifts recently only to be ask to apply again and again which

    By caused me to take pictures showing that I accepted the shift assignment.

  • Horrible

    They advertise as instant or daily pay when that isn’t the case. There is no number to speak with someone if you have an issue. They only text and they’re rude via text and that’s if they respond . If u work an event with Rhino staging or Upstage just know you won’t be paid on time because even though u have to get a passcode from the supervisor to clock in and out of the site u have to wait on timesheet approval and since it’s not their money they don’t feel any sense of urgency to pay their employees

    Hi there, we totally understand the frustration and try to work as quickly as possible to get timesheets from the businesses we work with when they are necessary for review. For event shifts, payments are expected to land in the account in 3-5 business days and those are tagged in the app so you are aware. For warehouse shifts, those are almost all eligible for same day pay. We apologize if you had any trouble getting in contact with our team members.   • Worst Gig App

    I’m on a few other gig apps to make extra money outside of my FT job and this is by far the worst one. There is a huge lack of customer support and if do manage to get ahold of someone they will be condescending and rude. They don’t give any contact information for where you’ll be working so if you’re working at a stadium or arena make sure you know wayyy beforehand where to go inside the venue because Traba is no help. Also, I make it a point to skip jobs that have 3-5 day pay, it defeats the purpose of the app for me, but the app will change information like that after it’s too late to cancel without penalty. That seems pretty deceptive and was the biggest red flag for me. At first I thought the app just had a few kinks to work out but after it changed the pay time frame after I accepted the shift I felt as though they did it intentionally just to get people to sign for the gig. I’ve only worked 1 shift with this app and it’ll probably be the last once they FINALLY PAY ME! I wouldn’t let my dog use this app to work for dog treats so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

  • Hours Changed, No Response to Chat

    I worked my first shift with Traba and my hours were changed the day after I worked. With no explanation my start time was adjusted by an hour & a half.
    Since location is required, I clearly was at the job site (along with hundreds of other people) outdoors with a 112° heat index. The chat says a response should be expected within 2-3 hours… This shift was almost a week ago and none of my messages have even been seen. Until it is rectified I cannot recommend this app to anyone looking for gig work. There are tons of others that don’t steal from the workers.
