Buyer Beware!
Bought 2 watches, have paid shipping fees to send one back twice. Most of the time the GPS shows my children are in Greenland or Australia (we live in the US).
Service is a joke. If you call, they just submit and case and it's handled over email. All the email responses just say "we're working on it". Currently have 2 cases open with them, 1 per watch. One case has been open for 16 days where they charged me $5 per day for 12 in overage charges while the watch was turned off at home and we were out of the country. We finally had to close our credit card account to get the charges stopped.
