Addictive
Great game, quick and easy to level up at the beginning, takes longer the stronger you become. You don’t need to spend money to do well, it just takes far longer and to be honest you will never be as strong or productive as the money spenders. However, I have never spent a penny and am doing okay. Great community, if you find an alliance that suits you best, they become like family. Always activities and alliance tasks and activities to be a part of every day/week. Regular themed games and tasks to complete. Overall, great game!

Zombie game that is fun to play
Played games for years; found this after dropping a game I had played for a year, now 2 years into this… Fun and good team play. Free to play or mortgage your house, can be played on many levels. Always something to do; yes kept lively. I see a few more years in this one yet… they seem to have the gameplay balance about right..

A money pit - if you want it to be, the real fun is learning the game as to *not* become a money pit
Done both. Played 4+ years. There’s still new content coming through and the game is complex enough that many after this time still don’t know how to build a really strong sanctuary. Content mods happy to hear suggestions as to where the game might go next. Had fun learning how to build a strong sanctuary without spending (too much, occasional quid here and there). 700+ states after heading towards 5 years - maybe worth just a wee look!

I’ve been playing for 18 months. Unless you’re willing to spend endless amounts of money to get anywhere then this game isn’t for you. It’s gotten worse and worse for ftp players to play this game and the latest updates strip even more away. Also the pictures are nothing to do with the game. Not even a mini game. I used to love PNS when I first started but they’re too money hungry to let players get anywhere. Don’t expect to get a skin or ambience without buying them. The event rewards are impossible to get without at least spending £500!!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars regularly playing this game. I got a fraud alert from my bank and it showed several purchases that I in fact did not make and had to get a new card. This fraudulent charges were coming from this app. After it was disputed and I got my new card I went to update and play the game. When I went to go make an actual purchase (one I am making) they take my money and state that it’s because of a balance that was due because of a refund. I’ve spent so much time trying to explain how those charges were not from me and I have no got any help at all. No app should be allowed to advertise a feature for sale then take your money because they feel you owe them when you never should have had a balance from fraudulent charges to begin with. Until they do right by me and stop the shady practices I will not be playing this game. The glitches in the app that charge you multiple times are insane. Stay away from this app over $70 was taken along with multiple amounts of $30 and as of lately I have tried to buy things only for them to take the money and not give any reward. Terrible customer service and this app should not legally allowed to do that. This isn’t because I’m angry this is VERY CONCERNING. Don’t purchase and if you do don’t say I didn’t warn people with this review! Terrible!

Biggest binding/binding and deletion of account scam there is
If you are having any account issues such as wanting to bind/unbind an account, you can’t . If you want to delete an account—good luck, you can’t. This game makes it so your account will be “active” forever. Deleting the application will not delete your account. The developers have made it so unreasonably difficult for you to request to delete an account. The developers have made getting help a struggle. When you input the information needed to delete an account, the game tells you that you can’t submit your ticket request due to “submit too frequently” or it will prompt you to input information that has nothing to do with the deletion of the account such as a purchase order number (again, I want to delete an account, I am not purchasing anything). Binding and unbinding an account is a nightmare. The developers have made it incredibly complex to unbind or bind an account. With the amount of money this game makes, their customer service is trash. Their technical support has went downhill and this game is not what it used to be a few years ago. Greed is why this game is still standing. Everything is focused on getting consumers to spend money and the customer service and technical support is last priority.
