Canceled subscription and they still charge you
Canceled subscription and the app continues to charge me $19.99 + 0.99 . This occurred for two months now. Apple will reimburse you after the transaction goes through.
Currently waiting for customer service that’s affiliated with the app to cancel the subscription.Disappointed Customer !!!

This is such a scam I have been communicating with customer support for a refund of erroneous charges. Have them all the proof they needed. I’m waiting on a refund and asked them not to bill my card and they verified my subscription was cancelled and then billed my card again today. This has got to be illegal!Show lessNeek723

Waste of time and money. I signed up for 3 days only to find out that the other party needs to accept tracking permissions. Secondly , i am being charged for a $19.99 subscription that I didn’t authorize. Please refund.Luveea

This app needs you to send the other person an invite , it doesn’t just let you track others through their number without an invite. That wasn’t stated in the advertisement. Keep your money! Use find my or send eachother locations .lotus💋

I have been searching for apps that could remotely access a phone as things get really horrifying when I had a hunch that my significant other could be cheating behind me. This has always been a huge limitation for me as I’ve always wanted to see every single thing in my partner’s phone without getting hold of her phone or she noticing anything. I noticed every red flags and she started acting suspicious and being all secretive, I knew i had to do something swiftly about it as I couldn’t endure the pain from her dishonesty. She would hardly text or call or even reply my calls any time i was away for work in other cities , this got me unease and worried. He went on to refer Kevin and I sent him a message via DarknetGuruHacker @ gmailcom. I carefully explained my hunch in the message, i provided the information that was required about my partner and we agreed on an affordable fee. Within couple of hours, he was able to access her phone and i know where she was exactly in real time. It came to me as a shock when i found out my partner of seven years was an infidel. I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the email I signed up with I no longer have access to it and they won’t cancel or tell me how to cancel using another email. They keep charging my account. Clearly not a legitimate business.Italianchic28

I saw this app on a social media add. I signed up for a free trial and immediately realize it was not what I expected and that there were several similar apps but much better than this one. I immediately cancel the subscription but now they keep charging my account. They charged me the whole $19.99 for a year and then 1 week later they charged me another $14.99.
