Awful
The app almost never connects to grill. I can see the grill successfully connected to network, I can ping it etc but it always shows offline. I have many times powered it off, reset it up etc. Grilla sent me a new controller, worked once then same problems. I also cannot get the grill to maintain a lower temp than 245 degrees. Spent time on phone with their support, even in the winter, same issue with both controllers. Never had this issue with my old Green Mountain or my old Treager. Nicely built grill but electronics and app are junk.

No pleased.
I research pellet grills for a long time before purchasing. I even cooked on a recteq and Traeger before purchasing the grilla. The grill overall is built well and it cooks well BUT the app and the thermometer are 100% useless!! The app has not worked more than 3 times in the last year. I have had my grilla for about 18 months and cook 1-2 times a week on it. The onboard thermometer is off by at least 15-20 degrees. To make such a nice grill y’all need to hire an engineer to get the other stuff correct. Should have gone with a recteq as this is beyond frustrating.

Needs upgrade
Should upgrade to include live activity on locked screen. Feels like ever since Grilla has been bought out, innovation has fallen to the wayside
App stability and features
I am a new Grilla Mammoth customer and I am having problems with this app. The app was difficult to set up. The probe alarm features do not work at all. If there is an alarm, it should alarm loud enough to be heard when away from the phone. Otherwise the alarm function is completely useless.
Really disappointing
The Grilla Silverbac seems like a decent pellet smoker/grill but this app is nearly worthless. It constantly forgets my grill requiring me to repair it and like others have said every time I go to use it I have to log back in again. I can see how it’d be useful but it’s just not worth the hassle to engage with and feels like just one more thing that could eventually break on the grill.

Love the grill, hoping the app improves
Just got a Silverbac, and I love the grill. The app is okay, but just like everyone else, I’m hoping they improve the connectivity issue and add more features. Having notifications should be manditory for an app like this, otherwise I have babysit the temps. I would also love to see some sort of graph feature, detailing the temps for an entire cook. Or the ability to log and save cooks. Different grill apps have these features, I’m really hoping Grilla implements these changes

Good enough but not perfect
Some suggestions to improve the app: - Actual temperature readings on “Grill” and “Probe” tabs are too small. Difficult to read. Please add the stopwatch option to the timer. Manual controller shows Incorrect conversion of the grill set temperature when switching from F to C. 275F becomes 100C.
Zero Stars?
This app is worthless. 99% of the time it won’t connect. When it does connect, it won’t stay connected through my cook. Love the grill (except for the poorly designed wheels). Hate the app. If you’re buying a Grilla for its remote features, don’t.
Worked for a year
Just tried to use app. Unit works fine and I am happy with the smoker. The app is useless. I tried to click on help and it doesn’t connect. I deleted the program and installed it again but when trying to do password it wouldn’t connect. I then tried new password and after I get a confirmation email and put new password nothing happens. Waste of time

Absolute Dissapointment
I was so excited for this grill and wish I would have looked at these reviews about the app before buying. It truly does Lose
connection constantly, temp alarm doesn’t work, and the app is very basic. The fact that the app hasn’t been updated really makes it seem like the owners of Grilla don’t care.
