Doesn’t reconnect to WiFi
Ever since the last revisions over the past 6 months, my Silverbac doesn’t connect to the app most of the time. Also the app logs me out periodically. All worked fine before the newer updates were applied.Slick Rick da 3rd
App useless
Cannot connect anymore. Used to be able to connect no problem but apparently there was an update and since cannot connect with my xfinity router. And I isolated 2.4ghz network and still nothing. Very dissatisfiedStrauchen

No way to turn on mammoth with this app
I can’t turn on or off the mammoth with this update. There is not an option anywhere in the app to turn the grill on.Mmhmmmmmmmmmmm
Log in FAIL!
Like many others, the app is useless now. I guess something updated and now I have to log in to the app which fails. I tried changing passwords and nothing. It’s not a bank account it’s a grill! Just “keep it simple”!!Swanny Jr.
Updated app pure garbage
When I got this grill, I loved it, worked perfectly. Since the “update” for the app was required, I’ve had nothing but trouble because now you have to log in with an account. It took one of their “techs” over a half an hour on the phone with me to get it working. Now I replaced my phone and can’t log in again. Tried resetting my password, doesn’t work. Do I really need password security to log onto my smoker?Burleyclay
Terrible
I wish I never spent the money on this smoker. It’s basically useless without the app and after trouble shooting for hours multiple times with support, they can’t get the app working or connected to my grill. Terrible company and hopefully people stay away before the get stuck with a $1,000 paperweight.Bob524
Update ruined app
Terrible! The old app worked fine. The new app is terrible. Pain to log in every time, connection issues, can no longer turn on grill from app, etc. Classic case of “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”. It seems that this company has gone way downhill. Very disappointing. I will not be purchasing any more products from this company.Booksyswack
Great
This app works fantastic on my silverback grill, very easy to use and don’t have any problems with Wi-Fi connection or the app automatically logging me out. Has timed out a couple times but when I open it, It automatically logs me right back in.
I love being able to change settings whenever and wherever needed.BeckyG74
The OG version was 1000x better
This app has gone downhill. I have to log in multiple times. The refresh is terrible. The interface is meh.
The original version was way better. Login once and be done. Refresh on temps and times was much faster.
Absolutely ZERO improvement on this version.
