Great App
Grilla Grills won’t release a product until it’s perfect. The app works great and connect my grill to WiFi was simple. Glad they block out the 5G networks. Helps to connect. They have some great features and I hope many more will come!!!

Connectivity
Please fix the connectivity issue with the WiFi…every now and then, especially at important times my phone can not connect with the grill!! I understand this is a new feature, but for the price you pay for the grill there should be no problems

Paired and worked as expected. Even on the outer range of my google wifi it stays connected for notifications and settings. My only request is to get a maintenance minder on the app like burn time, cleaning time, cooking stats. Thanks Grilla!

Thanks for the feedback, great to know it's working so well for you. Things like what you suggested are definitely in the works, however, we don't have a timeline for those updates. We want to make sure the controller works perfect every time before we start adding in cool new features.
Good app
Monitors temperatures well. One improvement I may suggest is temperature trending. It’d be great to see the rise in the protein and make better decisions.

Works great for my set up, seems like a lot of people have problems with the WiFi set up on smokers whether it’s a Traeger, PitBoss or Grilla.
Wont stay connected to Bluetooth
The smoker works phenomenal when it’s on. However I have lost connection to App and grill 3 times, 3 different cooks. Customer service is asking the same questions over and over with no success. For the price of the grill and this feature, I must say I am extremely disappointed.
Disappointing…and currently useless
Worked for a couple weeks but now the app won’t stay connected. Reinstalled multiple times and delete/add the Silverback over and over. Wifi connects fine…until completing the setup and then it loses the connection immediately.

Smoking made easy!
I don’t know why anyone would give this less than 5 stars. It took me around 5 minutes to set up the app and connect my grill. It has a great start up feature that easily walks you through the start up and connection process. Currently smoking a pork shoulder and it could not be easier. I almost feel like I’m cheating it’s so great. Just sitting here on the couch checking the temps ever once in a while, takes all the guess work out of smoking. You can even switch from PID to pro mode at any time, does everything you would want it to do. Great functionality and I am have a blast using it!

Needs some work
I’m not receiving any notifications from the app; although they are enabled.
Would be nice to see a graph if the temps during the cook; etc.
