Terrible
I wish I never spent the money on this smoker. It’s basically useless without the app and after trouble shooting for hours multiple times with support, they can’t get the app working or connected to my grill. Terrible company and hopefully people stay away before the get stuck with a $1,000 paperweight.

Update ruined app
Terrible! The old app worked fine. The new app is terrible. Pain to log in every time, connection issues, can no longer turn on grill from app, etc. Classic case of “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”. It seems that this company has gone way downhill. Very disappointing. I will not be purchasing any more products from this company.

Great
This app works fantastic on my silverback grill, very easy to use and don’t have any problems with Wi-Fi connection or the app automatically logging me out. Has timed out a couple times but when I open it, It automatically logs me right back in.

The OG version was 1000x better
This app has gone downhill. I have to log in multiple times. The refresh is terrible. The interface is meh.
The original version was way better. Login once and be done. Refresh on temps and times was much faster.
Absolutely ZERO improvement on this version.
Sure miss the original Grilla crew that cared about its customers.

Disappointed
Went with Grilla cause it’s HQ is down the street from my house. Didn’t realize it’s just remarketed Chinese hardware with less than impressive software. I don’t think I’ll be buying another Grilla product.
It’s fine?
For the purposes of this app, I would say it works fine with the hardware and makes adjusting things on the fly easy. BUT I do find it kind of ridiculous that I have to log back in as much as I do just to use my smoker. The only connection issues I ever had were because of my ISP router and the fact that it wouldn’t have a dedicated 2.4 GHz connection which is information that was harder to find than you would think on grillas website

Probe inconsistent w/ update Dec. 23
Since I’ve updated the app if often has to take time to reestablish a connection and the probe does not seem to hold/read the temp. like before. Never had trouble before. Review would have been a five until this update.
Terrible Update
I loved the app and layout prior to this latest update, I found it extremely easy to use and user friendly. Now I have to log into my account every time I open the account.

Not receiving any notifications
The app appears not to be fully functional. I can adjust temperature set time and temperature. I receive no notifications. App will not save location. I have reset controller, removed app reinstalled app, deleted account reinstalled account.
