Good App but one suggestion
Just put my Silverbac together last week. On my second cook. App works very well most of the time. Disconnects now and then. My one suggestion is that the developers add a stopwatch in addition to the timer functionality. Just use native clock app on my phone but if it were in the app, that would be great. Timer + stopwatch = winner. Thanks!jdub0101
So bad
Customer service is 5 stars. They sent me a new alpha board to replace my board that stopped working. I can’t get this app to work, it keeps failing, I have to close and reopen. Logs me out every time. And screen shifts and you can’t even see what’s there. I can’t even connect to my wifi because I can’t see what’s on the sceeen.Fongdaddy
Good app with room for next level improvement
Very easy to use can quickly manage my grill while out running errands vs having to babysit a fire all day!
Would love to see a few implementations:
1. iOS widget(with iOS 17 would love to change grill temp on the fly)
2. iOS shortcut implementation. Would be great to have a shortcut to set my grill to 225 with a shortcut I can add to Home Screen.
3. Apple Watch capabilities. Would like to be able to have a watch face with my meat probe temperature!senor jefe
When are you going to fix this app?
The connectivity is horrible. Works a few times then stops. It’s random too. Sometimes it will work 4 cooks, sometimes 2, others, once. Have to do a full factory reset. Everything on my end is set correctly to the proper frequency. It just stops connecting. There has to be a fix, otherwise I wouldn’t advertise a $1000 grill as wifi compatible.Foffydabomb
Great grill/ really bad app
Have had to download app several times. It keeps losing my account and connectivity even though it’s 15 feet away from my Bluetooth device. Will not send password recovery email to verified address. Great when it works but not worth the frustration.calirob12

Grill works great.
App requires logging in at least half the time. Constantly ‘forgets’ grill. Loses connection despite grill showing wifi connection (and confirmed on router). Even caused grill to turn on once at random with no input from me.Eoren1
Bad connection
I barley connect to the Wi-Fi, and for the few times it does connect I always loose the connection. I have my grill set up next to the living room window where the router is so if distance is the issue then the Wi-Fi receiver on my Grilla Grill is garbage. My lights, Speakers and Alexa all work in the backyard so I know it’s on my router.Hallchris1333
Alpha connect performance
I’ve had zero issues with the alpha connect while using my Silverbac. It’s simple and to the point. This makes grilling so easy I feel like I’m cheating.Jay Bay Kay
